Stir fried noodles and egg
Holla my friend's, I trust you had a splendid day. Guess what, I made a 9 hours trip to a different state in Nigeria, and I had total fun during my trip. Well, back to my delicious stir-fried noodles, I made it before my trip, and it was a perfect treat for my husband before I left for my trip.

Let me take you through the cooking process. My total cooking time was 20 minutes, including preparing the ingredients.


*Ingredients* 
▪︎120g×3 onion flavor noodles
▪︎ 1 onion bulb
▪︎ 2 eggs
▪︎ 1 carrots 
▪︎ 2 cooking spoons vegetable oil
▪︎ 3pcs fresh pepper 
▪︎ chilli sauce
▪︎ soy sauce 
▪︎ lettuce

COOKING PROCESS 
STEP 1
Put water in a pan and bring to a boil, add noodles, and precook for 3 minutes before draining the water. Place back Indomie on fire and add the seasonings, onions and pepper. Allow to cook for another 2 minutes then turn off heat and set aside.

STEP 2
Prepare the ingredients. I scraped my carrots and diced it, then my onions and pepper.

STEP 3
Now, crack the eggs in a bowl, add salt, seasoning  soy sauce and pepper. Stir and set aside.

STEP 4
Place a wide pan on fire with 2 cooking spoon of vegetable oil, add carrots, onion and pepper, allow to fry for 2 minutes and pour the beaten eggs in it allowing it to spread out well.

Add in precooked noodles and stir together. Allow to cook for 5 minutes and our delicious meal is ready. I added lectuce as toppings, and it turned out more delicious and nose blinding.
