¡Hola amigos de Hive!

Saludos a todos. Les cuento que hoy amanecí estornudando un poco, y agarre un leve resfriado, pero como estoy como indio picado de culebra porque el pasado mes de julio me dio el innombrable virus ese; y bueno ni corto ni perezoso, de una Salí para el mercado a comprar provisión para prepararme un caldo de pollo ligero, con papas y zanahorias y alguno más que otros vegetales y a trinchera cerrada ante cualquier ataque. Espero que les guste este hervido entonces.

Sal, pimienta y cúrcuma al gusto.

Lo primero que hice lavar y picar los vegetales, luego pelar la zanahoria y la papa y cortarlas en trozos.

En una olla con aproximadamente 1 ½ de agua coloque el muslo de pollo cortado en dos piezas. Agregue un poco de sal, pimienta y cúrcuma como colorante, pues se me olvido comprar un cubito o caldo de pollo. Después agregue los vegetales y deje cocinar por 25 minutos. Pasado este tiempo agregue los trozos de papa y zanahoria dejando cocinar por unos 5 minutos más.
