Saludos a todos. Les comparto amigos la receta de lo que fue mi almuerzo de hoy. Un delicioso empanizado frito de pollo con arepas. Espero que les guste.

Para  esta receta necesitamos:

2 Piezas de pollo (Utilice muslos)
1/2 Litro de aceite.
200 gms de pan rallado.
300 gms  de harina de maíz pre cocida para las arepas.
100 gms de Repollo morado.
2 Huevos.
Orégano, sal y pimienta al gusto.

2 pieces of chicken (use thighs)
1/2 liter of oil.
200 gms of bread crumbs.
300 gms of pre-cooked corn flour for the arepas.
100 gms of purple cabbage.
2 eggs.
Oregano, salt and pepper to taste.

Corte las piezas de pollo en trozos. Luego las pase por huevo batido y por ultimo por el pan rallado, el resultado fue un pollo empanizado listo para freir.

Antes de freír el pollo aproveche el aceite limpio para freír las arepas. Luego pase a freír las piezas empanizadas de pollo a fuego medio para que no se quemara el aceite.

Bueno amigos. Ya listo nuestro todo, pasamos a armar nuestro plato. Para ello coloque una pieza de pollo acompañada de dos arepas y un poco de repollo morado rayado.
