how to train you memory ,

hi! i'm a memory athlete , at competition we try to memorize everything with high accurancy , but how  we can memorize more  than 5000 digits of numbers just in 30 minutes? , you know it's not easy and not difficult but i'm sure it's simple that means there is a strategy that you need you learn  to have the ability to memorize everything . now i want to teach how to memorize a list of random words  so let's go :list     (Apple,Baby,Book,Chair,Egg,Gloves,Horse,Money,Shoes and Table)
1) i want you to prepare what we call memory palace 10 sequences   locations in you house for exemple start with you bed room  and toilet , kitchen ..........  and repeat it until you will memorized it very well by order.
2) i want you to turn words to image i mean every words find an image . 
3) now i want you to associate image with locations . 
so this how it is .you apply this memory palace technique to memorize shop list or informations and it's unlimited 
if you have many things all what you have to do is creating more places .

I personally have a very bad memory and I have always been eager to fix that. 

I find this idea of a memory palace fascinating, but for me it is still quite difficult to do.

I liked how it was implemented in the Show "The Mentalist".

memory is like muscle if you don't use it you will lose it , so the best solution is to know how it's works and keep training  . i like the show amazing
