Sealand has no usable territory.
Ladonia is Sweedish territory.
**The case of Liberland is other and unique.**
The dispute is between Serbia and Croatia. Croatia wants a big stake of Serbia behind Danube and it will not happen without big war and total defeat of Serbia (which is nonsence) or international arbitration in favour of Croatia (improbable). 
Thus Serbia officially claims it is not it´s territory and that has no interest in it as it is the territory of Croatia and tolerate Liberlanders on it ´s bank of Danube. (Tourists are good am I right?)
Croatia claims it is territory of Serbia, but sends police to catch the settlers and claims that must defend EU borders. Nonsence if you look at hundreds thousands refugees freely passing Croatia and moreover Croatia should defend it´s border and do not step on the land of Serbia(if claims it Serbia).
That is shortcut of the situation.

We have long studied this question, and realized that trying to settle someone's territory and establish on it the so-called virtual state - is very problematic, even if you squat one of the thousands of uninhabited islands in the Pacific Ocean, as soon as someone need it - the owner shows up.
But the international  maritime law gives an autonomy to the ship in international waters. We have the idea to establish the Maritime Confederation (MARCO), which will be the based on the international maritime law, and the flow of documents will be integrated into blockchain.
I'll tell more about this idea and plans to implement it later in my blog.
So the answer to your question is - time will tell.
