There are many youtubers at present who deliver content related to crypto and many of us must have referred a video by a YouTuber at some point of life for different reasons. For example i remember i read articles and also watched videos when i was learning about Defi.
There are very few youtubers i watch to when it comes to crypto , i woke up today and saw video uploaded by one of the Indian youtuber on his channel. It was different from other videos , there was no introduction to his channel and the video was advertising ONE WORLD CRYPTOCURRENCY , that is one global cryptocurrency to come into existence.
The video shared some address where people could send fund in eth , btc , etc. While i was watching the video my mind was asking me that is this is scam ? what happened to this youtuber and why has he posted this.

To my surprise i then saw one after other same video on other crypto based YouTube channel and then i was sure about something wrong happening. I didn't researched much on it and got busy with my work after that.
Few hours ago when i was going through crypto news , i read this crypto youtubers channel hack news as well and i read that there was not one or two but many big as well as small youtubers whose account got compromised today.
I am happy that i didn't fall for this scam but i feel bad as many viewers might have transferred something as they trust these youtubers. Every YouTuber was able to delete the video and they told that, the account is still in their control only.
The question in my head is how ? how did it happen with not one but many youtubers ? I see there is no answer to this question yet but i know there will be one soon. I don't know if anyone here can answer this question , anyways please do write in comments below if you know anything about this.
