A day in bed with a flare up. "OUCH "the pain.

What a day, hubby has been back to work for a full day but its rained the the whole time, the snow and ice have gone and the temperature has risen just enough that they can now build again. That's 1 days work this week, we are hoping he can get tomorrow in and hopefully a little over time on Saturday.

I on the other hand have had a day in bed ive had a Fibromyalgia flare up where everything hurts so much. I have had to drag myself to the front door as parcels are being delivered. I am also finding it very hard to keep my eyes open. I have to type a line then rest as my shoulders wrists and fingers burn.

I think once hubby is in I'll have a sit in my shower, the hot water just might ease all my bones but i will have to try and stay awake. I am fighting my eyes not to close.

I haven't tried my vape pen out yet because Mika hates it, as soon as I start to use it she barks and tries to grab it, she hates it, not sure if its the smoke that she hates or the pen is making a noise only she can here. I'll have too try it standing outside to stop her fretting.

Hang in there Karen, tomorrow is a better day.
When you can, measure your garden, scale it on to a big piece of paper.
When you are down you can plan next years garden, to scale, so all the plants will fit.
Get a picture of each plants flower to help visualisation.

On a day like today, you can ask uncle google for your pictures, scale them and print them.
Tomorrow, when you are full of the joys of spring again, get the slave to help to measure the garden.
Then you can try and get your mind off the pain by doing something nice, re re replanning the garden
