How exciting is this news? Splinterlands is partnering up with Brave browser, which of course is the hottest new browser which isn’t stealing your cookies and selling them to third parties. Unless you want them to that is, and that gives you additional rewards. These rewards can be traded or spent online, and now you can also use them in-game in Splinterlands. That’s just a gigantic step forward to spreading the message and mass adoption. Someone is thinking big. <br >  [Img src](https://brave.com/splinterlands-and-brave-announce-partnership) > Additionally, Splinterlands will allow users to spend their BAT (Basic Attention Tokens) directly in the game to purchase Credits, which can be used to buy booster packs and other items in the shop or to buy cards from other players on the market. Players using the Brave browser can opt in to view privacy-preserving ads and in turn be rewarded in BAT via Brave Rewards, which they can then redeem in Splinterlands! <br> How easy will it be for people to use their rewards just from browsing and buy a pack from it all impulsive. I guess this will give a gigantic boost to pack sales and more important, the awareness of that the game exists in there. Now to me how big Splinterlands is aiming is something that is you really can see. And that is exactly what might be interesting in the land buying situation. Because with this amount of adoption the investment could just might be one that really is a good one. And from that perspective the 30.000 available plots in the first pre sale isn’t that much then if you ask me. How fast will the whales buy all of this stuff? And *should I* be the whale buying this stuff? Not a whole land, but a tract at least is something. Because I do understand that you need multiple plots with all different functions next to each other to make the cards actually produce stuff. And a land is 10 plots, that gives me some space to do something. I guess this will be worth considering getting me some before someone else who uses the brave browser gets inspired and does this and we feel kicked in the balls in the end. Because the influx will come after this news …..
