<div class="text-justify">En el mundo del deporte y específicamente en el béisbol se pueden dar muchas sorpresas en el transcurso de los juegos, es por eso que siempre se ha dicho que la partida no termina hasta que se hagan los 27 out que simboliza la finalización de juego de 9 innings, la noche del día lunes 20 de junio del presente año, se llevó a cabo un encuentro lleno de emociones, los Yankees de New York se enfrentaron a sus rivales divisionales quien es uno de dos representantes del Estado de la Florida, como lo es Tampa Bay, dicho choque se efectuó en la sede de Tampa, el Tropicana field, el juego pintaba como un gran duelo de lanzadores, ya que los abridores seria por New York el derecho Gerrit Cole mientras que por los de casa estaría en el montículo el zurdo Shane Mc Clanahan, el duelo que prometía grandes emociones fue toda una realidad y fueron siete capítulos con un marcador de 1 carrera por 0, la primera anotación de los Yankees, llego gracias a un tremendo cuadrangular del primera base Anthony Rizzo, después llego la segunda carrera para el conjunto del uniforme de rayas tan amado por algunos y odiado por otros, así los líderes de la división este de la liga Americana tomaron ventaja de 2 carreras, así pasaron los episodios y Cole tenía dominio total del juego, mientras el zurdo de Tampa hacia lo mismo por su equipo, la defensiva por ambos equipos estuvo muy buena y eso reforzó ese juego de pelota como un gran duelo.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Se llegó a un octavo capítulo del juego y Cole quien ya estaba mu cerca de arribar a los 100 picheos, se enfrentó al Mexicano Isaac Paredes, quien de manera rápida le conecto un sencillo al jardín central, así termino el sueño de Cole de lanzar un juego sin hits y carreras, el manager le dio otro bateador y este le conecto un batazo largo entre el centro y el jardín derecho, eso, decreto la salida del pícher de los Yankees,  e hizo que ingresara el relevista Clay Holmes que no había recibido carreras en casi 30 episodios, Tampa le tendió una emboscada y de manera dramática empataron el juego y se perdía así la hoya de picheo que venía Garrit Cole lanzando durante los primeros siete innins, las pocas personas que estaban en el tropicana field estallaban de la emoción, pero dicha alegría no fue duradera, ya que en la apertura de la novena entrada los Yankees terminaron con el empate y con batazo largo de Aarón Hicks que no pudo nominar el jardinero derecho de Tampa, el de la República Dominicana, Margot quien de manera aparatosa choco contra la pared y no pudo retener la pelota y de esta forma entraron dos carreras para darle ventaja a los mulos del Bronx de 4 por 2 sobre el equipo con sede en la Florida, el Juego lo cerró el también Dominicano, el zurdo Wandy Peralta, quien retiro sin problemas a los bateadores que enfrento, dándole así a los de New York la victoria número 50, con esto el equipo tiene una proyección de más de 100 juegos ganados. </div>
