Saving The Right Way

Have you ever asked yourself about this question? If you have, maybe it's because you're saving it in a wrong way. You have probably use this formula:
### Income - Expenses = Savings

According to Warren Buffet "Don't save what is left after spending; spend what is left after saving." 
In other words, pay yourself first .

This would probably the correct formula to use:

### Income - Savings = Expenses

Before you spend your money on expenses, you need to save first. 

But there is an even better formula to use. 

According to Malachi 3:10 (KJV): 
>Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

So better to use this formula:
### Income - Tithes - Savings = Expenses

Tithes is the money you give to the church or an organization that nourishes spiritual growth. The amount of tithes is 10% of your income. Treat it like a bill that you must pay, and pay it first. That serves as your savings in the spiritual aspect. God does challenge you to give your tithes and He will shower blessings you can never imagine.

### Spending is a habit and so is saving. Remember, it's not how much you `earn` that counts. It's how much you `keep`.
