I very often hear from many peoplt, that the transition to proper nutrition is difficult and few people manage to do it.
But if you understand the most important principle, then everything will be much easier.

On the Internet, I found many different food delivery services that are ready for a month to provide you with a full proper nutrition that will help you not to break down, but it's so insanely expensive (maybe not everywhere). And the food you order can not justify your expectations. After all, we are all people, and we like the food differently.

And very rarely do we think about whether we eat right. we want to start a "different life" with tomorrow, on next Monday, or next month. But it's worth starting right now, right at the same moment.

Do not ever look for excuses. There is a desire - there are forces. On another simply in any way.

caring about what we eat is the most esential thing to keep our body in healthy condition. This year I start to drink juice and fruit everyday. This is my effort to enhance my immune body and to get vitamin. Better to eat fruits than medicine. And I agree with you, why we have to wait, start now. :)
