 For a few days now I have been craving waffles with strawberries and today I finally managed to make them. Homemade waffles are one of a kind and we can add whatever we want to them 馃槈 I often make waffles with peaches or pineapple, but seasonal fruits are definitely better, including strawberries, which have recently become my favorite fruit. *Od kilku dni mia艂am ochot臋 na gofry z truskawkami i dzisiaj wreszcie uda艂o mi si臋 je zrobi膰. Gofry robione w domu s膮 jedyne w swoim rodzaju i mo偶emy do nich doda膰 co tylko chcemy 馃槈 Ja cz臋sto robi臋 gofry z brzoskwiniami albo z ananasem, ale zdecydowanie lepsze s膮 owoce sezonowe, w tym truskawki, kt贸re ostatnio sta艂y si臋 moim ulubionym owocem.*  Apart from fruit, the second addition that I love is whipped cream. Ideally, homemade, made of cream, with the addition of powdered sugar. I like this freshly made whipped cream much more than the ready-made whipped cream from the store. *Opr贸cz owoc贸w, drugim dodatkiem, kt贸ry uwielbiam jest bita 艣mietana. O wiele bardziej smakuje mi taka 艣wie偶o zrobiona bita 艣mietana ni偶 gotowce ze sklepu.*   **Ingredients (for 4 waffles):** 1 egg vanilla sugar (16g pack) pinch of salt 1 cup of flour 1 cup of milk 2 tablespoons of oil half a flat spoon of baking powder cream icing sugar ***Sk艂adniki (na 4 gofry):*** 1 jajko cukier waniliowy (opakowanie 16g) szczypta soli 1 szklanka m膮ki 1 szklanka mleka 2 艂y偶ki oleju p贸艂 p艂askiej 艂y偶ki proszku do pieczenia 艣mietana cukier puder  I have been making waffles from the same recipe for years. It's quick and the waffles dough comes out very tasty. First, I separate the yolk from the egg white into separate bowls. I add a pinch of salt to the egg white, vanilla sugar to the yolk and mix the ingredients in each bowl. *Od lat robi臋 gofry z tego samego przepisu. Jest szybki i ciasto wychodzi bardzo smaczne. Najpierw oddzielam 偶贸艂tko od bia艂ka jaja do osobnych miseczek. Do bia艂ka dodaj臋 szczypt臋 soli, do 偶贸艂tka cukier waniliowy i miksuj臋 sk艂adniki w ka偶dej z miseczek.*   Then I add a glass of flour, a glass of milk and baking powder to the bowl with the yolk. I mix the ingredients and add 2 tablespoons of oil. I mix the ingredients again. *Nast臋pnie do miski z 偶贸艂tkiem dodaj臋 szklank臋 m膮ki i szklank臋 mleka oraz proszek do pieczenia. Miksuj臋 sk艂adniki, po czym dodaj臋 2 艂y偶ki oleju. Znowu miksuj臋 sk艂adniki.*  Finally, I add the egg white and salt to the ingredients from the large bowl. I mix the ingredients with a spoon and the waffles dough is ready. *Na ko艅cu dodaj臋 do sk艂adnik贸w z du偶ej miski bia艂ko z jajka, z sol膮. Mieszam sk艂adniki 艂y偶k膮 i ciasto jest gotowe.*  Then bake the waffles for 10 minutes in a preheated waffle iron. *Nast臋pnie piek臋 gofry przez 10 minut w uprzednio rozgrzanej gofrownicy.*  After this time, such delicious waffles come out. Ready for creative decorating with whipped cream and strawberries 馃槈 *Po tym czasie wychodz膮 takie pyszne gofry. Gotowe do tw贸rczego zdobienia bit膮 艣mietan膮 i truskawkami 馃槈*  This is what my homemade whipped cream looks like. *Tak wygl膮da moja domowej roboty bita 艣mietana.*  The waffles tasted wonderful. I regretted that I only did four because I would like to eat more of them. The dough was crispy around the edges and soft inside, but not chewy, plus delicious whipped cream and strawberries.
