I woke up very early at 5:00am, Because we had to prepare the food for the child's naming, Everyone in the house plus the neighbors who wished to assist, My sister's friend also she slept over just to assist us with the cooking. That morning was hectic, When i say hectic i mean we all was exhausted because we did not sleep well the previous day before the child's naming day.  We are up to prepare the food but there's no water to do so because the electricity won't come on and the child's naming in the church was fixed for 8:00am to 9am. While we was still ranting around because we couldn't find water a neighbor offered to help us with water to prepare the food, That was how we began to cook, We all supported in the cooking of the rice in a very big iron pot alongside firewoods to use as fire because the people who were to supply us with the gas burner won't comply, I even had to leave that early to check up on them but they won't open the gate when i knocked but i managed to snap the numbers seen on the banner outside.![img_20211228_wa0024.jpg](https://images.ecency.com/DQmbZH6gob5b7St5tum3dzncRBs5bYemZtj3fBtRL21gmGx/img_20211228_wa0024.jpg)

To God be the glory, we were able to round up the cooking by 7:45am and the mother and father of the baby are already preparing for the occasion, why we are rounding up outside, I on the other hand was preparing to go to work, I got a call from my employer to report to the office. Well i was a little bit not happy about it but do i have a choice, I had to go have my teeth brushed and showered. As they were preparing to go to church, I was preparing to go to work telling them i would meet them in the church. At 7:59am they left for the child's naming and i myself took a motorcycle to my work place and the security said to me there's no work today it is a holiday which i clearly know about, and don't know the reason why my employer still insist for me to come to work. I was just in the office doing nothing, I was a little bit angry because i was supposed to be at the child's naming but here i am in the office doing nothing just looking at the walls and the walls looking at me also very weird. I had to call my employer no one is in the office. Asking him that can I leave and he was like go but come back, I left immediately but couldn't meet up with the child's naming the time was already saying 12noon, I felt like i have disappointed my sister and her baby. After doing that for her she was happy and felt relieved and happy too, I had to step to go look for bedsheets for the bed in the house, I have a visitor coming my very best friend Gabriel. He came what a nice friend even though he's place was far he managed to come see the baby i appreciated him a lot he came towards the evening, I offered him food and drinks he accepted we both ate together, I used that as an opportunity to eat because i haven't eaten nothing since morning. We both had a gist together and it was already he night fall he was like he is going but I should see him off there's a shoe he wants to check in the store before he enters the next bus home. I followed him lol i had no choice though he has been good to me all this times. I got home back at 8:00pm the day was almost over and i was very tired to resume work the next day. I thank God for a successful childs naming and also thank him for providing for us. It is not easy money was spent but we give him the glory that the baby is healthy and strong.
