We are all familiar with the proverbial saying, **"Hard work is the key to success."** We have to accept the reality that the harder a nation is, the more developed it is. That is, no nation can reach the pinnacle of success without hard work. That means we have to do a lot more to be successful. There is more work to be done than others.
The current era is the era of competition. In order to be successful in this world, we have to work hard for it. In other words, we have to work harder than anyone to win the competition. There is no alternative but to work harder for success. Doing more than others means taking a few steps ahead of others for success. Taking yourself closer to success. But that work must be done in the right way.

To give a real example, there are many times more educated unemployed in Bangladesh than the number of jobs required for employment. When a job circular is issued there are very few posts. For example, one of the most competitive exams in Bangladesh is the Bangladesh Civil Service or BCS exam. Where it is announced in each circular that 2000 to 2200 or two and a half thousand people will be recruited. But there are applicants, so about four lakh. Which is equal to the population of a small country. Then think how much work is required to come among those 4 lakh to 2000 lucky people! Of course there is a lot more work to be done here than elsewhere. More work than exploration will help to snatch success.
As I have noticed in my own case, I dropped out of my studies after completing my Masters. Although my preparation for the job test was good at first and I would have passed the first few steps in many exams. But working on a project makes me feel lazy in my studies and I work less. I noticed for myself that I was not doing well in any other test. I realized that my work was much less than others. And that's why I have so many failures. But then the age to apply for my job is almost over. Although now I do a permanent job. However, I realized my failure because of my hard work or because I did less work than others.
In the end, I would like to say that from the smallest microorganisms of the world to the larger species of animals also have to work hard to snatch success in this world. As well as taking yourself to the top of success in this competitive world one must work much harder than others. So we should do more than others. In other words, if we want to be successful, we have to be patient and do more than others.
