We want effortless success. We always want success to come to us with little effort. Honestly, we want to succeed but we don't want to suffer for it. We want to achieve success without hard work. So we repeatedly fail and in the meanwhile we give up hope of success.
We all strive for success in our personal lives. We want to succeed with little effort and very fast. Otherwise, we get frustrated and stop in the middle. Which is more important to be successful? Talent or hard work? I am discussing that with you. I hope you like it.
Talent is a very important factor for success. Because the reality is that it is very difficult to achieve success without a talent. From studies to jobs or any other work, we must use our talents to do that work! And that's where we succeed.
But the ultimate reality is, success is not possible with talent alone! At the same time hard work is required. An incompetent person or a less talented person will one day see the face of success through hard work! This is the ultimate reality! You have talent. But you are not willing to work hard. Then the talent that has no value! At the end of the day you fail. But the man whose talent is less than yours but he has worked many times harder than you will surely succeed one day. That is the eternal truth!

To give a real example, I had a friend who worked hard for a job. But those who were much better than him were a little lazy for the job. The friend who worked hard is doing a first class government job today and the friend who was a university topper with us is doing a private job. We value government jobs the most here.
Finally, there is no substitute for hard work! A hard worker never fails in life. So we must work hard to succeed. Remember that talent is a gift from the Creator. Not all human beings are equal. But the harder you work, the sooner you will enjoy success.
The reason I fail today is because of my lack of hard work. And those who have been more successful than me have certainly worked much harder than I have. We must accept it. It should be kept in mind that if you rub the stone on the stone, the stone will not erode in one day and you have to work for it for a long time. In the same way, we must work hard to succeed in life. And that hard work will one day bring us success.
