Hola mi querida comunidad de Hive, quiero contarles que hoy recibí un regalo el cual jamás olvidaré, porque se trata de una de las frutas más deliciosas del mundo, además es súper nutritiva debido que contiene vitamina A,B,C y D, también poseé calcio, fósforo, hierro, magnesio, potasio y yodo. Ella es cultivada en países tropicales como mi terruño (Venezuela) pero las zonas subtropicales son aptas para cultivarla también. Una de las características por excelencia de esta fruta es el sabor a trementina ,por lo tanto estoy hablando del delicioso Mango.

El mango de mi pueblo natal, es decir, Ocumare de la Costa de Oro, justo hoy me enviaron más de ochenta mangos para deleitar mi paladar y el de mi linda familia. Este obsequio me enloquece porque lo primero que pasó por mi mente es la rica Jalea de mango la cual sé preparar muy bien, esto lo podrán corroborar cuando observen el tutorial sobre  este dulce.

También recordé el espectacular batido que acostumbramos consumir tres veces al día en casa, durante temporadas de Mango. Tampoco se puede dejar de mencionar la exquisita compota de mango, los mangos en almíbar, la mermelada de mango, el cóctel de mango ,la guasacaca de mango y lo súper rico comer simplemente mango o como decimos en casi todos los lugares de las costas aragueñas: "comer gallina" jajajaja.

Nor can we fail to mention the exquisite mango compote, mangoes in syrup, mango jam, mango cocktail, mango guasacaca and how delicious it is to simply eat mango or as we say in almost all the places of the Arague coasts: "eat chicken" hahahaha. 

De todas las frutas que se cultivan en mi país, el mango ocupa el primer lugar en mi paladar, el segundo puesto se lo doy a la guanábana y el último al mamey.

Tener un árbol de mango en el terreno de tu casa, tiene grandes beneficios porque todos los años te brinda su delicioso fruto, además una excelente sombra. Por otra parte según estudios el consumo de mango aporta excelentes elementos nutricionales al organismo, los cuales son importantes para la buena salud cardio vascular, también controla la diabetes, cuida la piel y la vista, evita el estreñimiento, combate la anemia y mejora la memoria.
