Considero que esta dificil la decision de elegir solo 10 comidas favoritas, pero lo hare de igual manera, ya que todas las gastronomias para mi se vuelven algo sumamente llamativo, disfruto mucho de cada plato.

Soy un chico amante de la comida, desde el desayuno hasta la cena, debemos dar gracias todos los dias por los alimentos que tenemos en nuestra mesa, no todas las personas corren con esa suerte.

I am a food-loving guy, from breakfast to dinner, we must give thanks every day for the food we have on our table, not everyone is so lucky.

Siempre he considerado el comer en las mañanas, ya que el cuerpo necesita proteinas, es la primera comida del dia y necesitamos recargar nuestro organismo mas si vamos a tener un dia ocupado y no nos de tiempo de almorzar.

I have always considered eating in the morning, since the body needs protein, it is the first meal of the day and we need to recharge our bodies more if we are going to have a busy day and not have time for lunch.

A continuacion, les dire mis 10 comidas favoritas.

<strong>Pizza</strong>: como primera comida, considero a la pizza una de la comida mas sabrosa del planeta, por su variedad de ingredientes ya sea de pepperoni, queso, jamon, pollo, entre otros le da una explosion de sabor.

Pizza: as a first meal, I consider pizza one of the tastiest foods on the planet, for its variety of ingredients whether pepperoni, cheese, ham, chicken, among others gives it an explosion of flavor.

<strong>Pan</strong>: el pan ha sido uno de los alimentos, que es util para cada ocasion, lo disfruto mucho en las hamburguesas, los perros calientes, incluso el pan arabe donde se desprende el grandioso plato llamado shawarma sin duda alguna es lo mejor.

Bread: bread has been one of the foods, which is useful for every occasion, I enjoy it a lot in hamburgers, hot dogs, even the Arabian bread where the great dish called shawarma is released without a doubt is the best.

<strong>Tacos</strong>: considero muy sabrosos los tacos, por su relleno variado de diversos ingredientes, disfruto mucho del sabor mexicano al comer uno, sin duda alguna ha sido la mejor experiencia probar esa comida.

Tacos: I consider very tasty the tacos, because of its varied filling of different ingredients, I enjoy very much the Mexican flavor when I eat one, without a doubt it has been the best experience to try that food.

<strong>Arepa</strong>: la arepa es nuestra identidad, ya que es otro alimento que se puede rellenar con lo que se tenga como jamon, queso, cochino, carne.

Arepa: the arepa is our identity, since it is another food that can be filled with whatever you have like ham, cheese, pork, meat.

</blockquote>

<strong>Pabellon criollo</strong>: el pabellon criollo, caracterizado por su carne mechada, arroz platano y caraotas negra o como le dicen en otros paises habichuelas, es una comida que me fascina demasiado.

Pabellon criollo: the creole pavilion, characterized by its shredded meat, banana rice and black beans or as it is called in other countries, is a food that fascinates me too much.

<strong>Falafel</strong>: esta comida arabe cuando la probe, me gusto mucho y nunca me imagine que se preparara con garbanzos, y condimentos al gusto, excelente plato.

<strong>Ensalada de pollo</strong>: la ensalada de pollo es tipica del pais, y me gusta mucho esa comida, con mayonesa, manzana verde y guisantes.

Chicken salad: chicken salad is typical of the country, and I really like that food, with mayonnaise, green apple and peas.
</blockquote>

<strong>Pasta a la carbonara</strong>: Sin duda alguna quien invento este plato se gano un puesto grande, por su suculento sabor, entre la tocineta la crema de leche y el queso parmesano.

<strong>Papas fritas</strong>: las papas fritas siempre me han gustado, por su buen sabor acompañada de salsa de tomate y muy crujientes al sacarlas de la freidora.

French fries: I have always liked French fries, for their good flavor accompanied by tomato sauce and very crispy when taken out of the fryer.
</blockquote>

<strong>Pollo a la broaster</strong>: de todas las comidas, esta siempre sera la elegida, me gusta mucho, su genial sabor.

Chicken à la broaster: of all the meals, this will always be the one chosen, I like it very much, its great taste.

</blockquote>

Disfrutemos de comer nuestros platos favoritos, pero no nos olvidemos de implementar habitos sanos, para cuidar nuestra salud de las grasas y toxinas, comamos responsablemente.
