<strong>Hola a toda la comunidad Hive, espero que se encuentren excelente, en esta nueva publicacion correspondiente al dia #25, les dire la forma mas epica en que he visto a alguien renunciar o ser despedido, desean saber un poco mas?, pues bienvenidos a un nuevo relato.</strong>

En los empleos que he tenido, siempre he presenciado las diferencias entre empleados y jefes, a tal punto de generar un ambiente un poco lleno de peleas, y posible causa de que una persona renuncie o sea despedido.

Claro nunca faltan historias epicas o por decirlo tontas de que alguien sea despedido, los casos mas tipicos serian estar siempre pendiente del telefono y no prestar atencion a la labor que se le asigno, muchas veces por quedarse dormido en el escritorio si es una oficina o en la mesa mas de una vez presencie eso.

Of course there are never lack of epic or silly stories of someone being fired, the most typical cases would be to be always on the phone and not paying attention to the work assigned to him, often falling asleep at the desk if it is an office or at the table more than once I witnessed that.

Agradezco que siempre hacia mis labores de una manera correcta y no llegue a tener diferencias con ningun jefe, tampoco tuve problemas en lo que me asignaran para que fuera motivo de una despedida, y por supuesto soy de los que piensa plenamente que cuando no nos sentimos comodo en un sitio la mejor manera es renunciar y seguir creciendo.

I am thankful that I always performed my duties in a correct manner and I never had any differences with any boss, nor did I have any problems in what I was assigned to be a reason for a dismissal, and of course I am one of those who fully believe that when we do not feel comfortable in a place the best way is to resign and continue to grow.

Cuando yo trabaje en una tienda de insumos de reposteria, habia un compañero que no dejaba de ir a trabajar en estado de ebriedad, casi todos los fines de semana estaba en ese plan, pues un dia el llego asi una de tantas veces y me dice a mi yo voy a dormir aqui mismo en el almacen no me moleste nadie, pues para sorpresa de el, el jefe llego hasta donde estaba y lo encontro acostado en un saco de avena y le dice que haces alli parate estas todo borracho, el trataba de levantarse pero no podia ni sostenerse y volvia a caer parecia un espantapajaro enserio fue muy epico, al rato se escucho que le dijo estas despedido vale, para eso te fueras quedado en tu casa, mi compañero le responde usted interrumpio mi sueño.

En muchas ocasiones las personas han perdido buenos empleos por alguna tonteria, mientras hay otros que quisieran tener el puesto que ellos tenian, yo vi muchos asi cuando era encargado de una tienda.

On many occasions people have lost good jobs for some foolishness, while there are others who would like to have the position they had, I saw many like that when I was a store manager.
