<strong>Hola a todos los queridos lectores de esta maravillosa plataforma denominada Hive, ¿como estan? espero que muy bien, en esta nueva publicacion vengo a compartirles una receta muy tradicional de mi pais llamado arroz con leche espero que disfruten de este contenido.

<h4>Para Su Preparacion Necesitaremos  ----  For Your Preparation We Will Need</h4>

* 1 taza de arroz 
* 2 tazas de leche liquida 
* 1 taza de azucar 
* 3 tazas de agua para coccion 
* 1 rama de canela 
* 1 cascara de naranja

* 1 cup of rice 
* 2 cups of liquid milk 
* 1 cup of sugar 
* 3 cups of water for cooking 
* 1 cinnamon stick 
* 1 orange peel

Se coloca a hervir el agua con la cascara de naranja y canela.

Se lava muy bien el arroz y se une al agua que esta hirviendo hasta ablandarse.

Se bate la leche junto al azucar.

Al estar blando el arroz se le coloca la preparacion de leche con azucar, se deja unos 5 minutos mas y listo.

When the rice is soft, add the preparation of milk with sugar, leave it about 5 minutes more and it's ready.

<strong>¿Que es el arroz con leche?  ----  What is rice pudding?</strong>

Es  un postre tipico de la gastronomia de multiples paises, cociendo lentamente arroz con leche y azucar, se sirve frio o caliente se le puede espolvorear canela, vainilla,  cascara de limon o de naranja para aromatizarlo.

El arroz con leche tiene origenes muy antiguos en Asia y luego se difundio a traves de Europa y Africa. A partir del siglo XVI tras la colonizacion se exporto a America debido al comercio y poblacion europea que emigraba al territorio americano.

Rice pudding has very ancient origins in Asia and then spread throughout Europe and Africa. From the sixteenth century after colonization was exported to America due to trade and European population that migrated to American territory.

Este postre se consume en toda venezuela desde la colonia al punto de formar parte de la dulceria criolla tradicional. Dicen que su ingreso fue de la mano de los andaluces y que luego se imprimio el sello nacional cuando se creo la variacion del arroz con coco.

This dessert is consumed throughout Venezuela from the colony to the point of being part of the traditional Creole sweet. It is said that it was introduced by the Andalusian people and then the national stamp was printed when the variation of rice with coconut was created.

Las variantes de este dulce provienen basicamente porque muchas personas utilizan la leche evaporada, otras la leche condensada o simplemente azucar. Algunas personas utilizan uvas pasas, coco, entre otros ingredientes que le ponen el toque particular de cada familia.

The variants of this sweet come basically because many people use evaporated milk, others use condensed milk or simply sugar. Some people use raisins, coconut, among other ingredients that put the particular touch of each family.

Hay muchisimas versiones de arroz con leche en venezuela, incluso en el Estado Sucre. No es nada raro que una familia tenga en su repertorio gastronomico dos o tres recetas distintas y de seguro, todas deliciosas.

There are many versions of rice pudding in Venezuela, even in Sucre State. It's not unusual for a family to have two or three different recipes in their repertoire, and they're sure to be delicious.

Como resultado final les presento esta exquisites la verdad que me gusta mucho cuando se le coloca canela realsa su sabor de inmediato sin duda.

En mi hogar todos disfrutamos comer este postre, es ideal para una tarde de meriendas ya sea frio o caliente.

Me considero amante del arroz en cada comida, siempre supe que una combinacion entre un cereal mezclado con complementos dulces resultaria exitoso, debemos recordar que del arroz se pueden hacer infinidades de postres como por ejemplo la chicha, arroz con coco, flan, galletas.
