Today, my claws come out. I invested my entire life savings into those BLOCKPAY tokens because you promised us that we would get to “share in the rewards from BlockPay transactions as well as value increases from products built by the Company”.

The past couple weeks, Development has come to a crawl Chris, this is very damaging as my Developers and I have no idea where the money is. I heard you were starting another company with xeroc and some shark named constantin. **Is that true?** I even got word that you had my company formally Appraised? **Is that true?**

I have still not been paid my salary, my bills are past due now, my babies are hungry and you know I sure as hell can’t afford a lawyer to track you down. Barely 2 weeks ago you emailed me and said “Current reserves are around 540 BTC + 25k Euro on Bank account”. **Really?**

If that is true, then where is all that money?! I see you have been recently taking out hundreds of thousands of dollars, **where did all that money go?!**

How the hell are we going to be able to continue launching crypto products with no money Chris? A Bitshares Worker Proposal? Your investors never agreed to that!

You agreed (multiple ways) that you would stop trying to take charge of my Developers and Rodrigo’s marketing team too. I guess you fail to remember him yelling at you and hanging up on you?? Even emailing you and telling you to stop it. Obviously that contract has also been breached. My Developers said that you contacted them and stated that you are in charge now and I am leaving my own company? **Is that true?!**

You agreed (in person with your lawyer/father, and via email) that if more than $2000 was to be expensed that you would get my permission first! **Where is the money?!**

Your investors deserve to know what I am building, every single week, at a minimum. People love it when I post my weekly technical reports and I will not stop writing them and posting them online to show off what we’re building (including links to our github commits). Apparently, because of this, a couple weeks ago your excuse was “you leave us with no choice but to stop all sales and marketing activities immediately” as if my reports were somehow damaging my own company. You’re kidding, right? If you quit, then why did you start flying around the world on a “BlockPay World Tour”? 1,095 Bitcoins wasn’t enough for you? Now I find out that you are hiding out somewhere in China with your girlfriend. **WTF?!**

Chris, I was building crypto products before I even met you and refuse to let you destroy my company like this. I gave you 49% of BitShares Munich so that you would pay the bills, and get out there and start marketing the products that I built and continue to build (well, not as of late, obviously).

Going public with this is the right thing to do, as **transparency is required Chris**! Of course this may damage the value of our BLOCKPAY tokens for a bit, but you have left me no choice. As you are well aware, I have always fought for my rights and I will do so once again. As an activist, I assure you I will not stop until you honor the contracts you have made with us, let us see your accounting, pay all of our invoices, answer my questions above, and settle this with me immediately. Oh god, what a shit show. I wondered why Blockpay wasn'r rising together with BTS and STEEM. Now I know. Wasn't easy to find the real reason, though.

This should all have been checked BEFORE a business agreement was made with a known scammer. BLOCKPAY should never ever have  entered into that, whether he is a good developer or not.

You always end up like that with people like that.

Well the price of BlockPay is not connected to BTS or steemit it has no relation at all. The price of BlockPay has not been affected as I hold BlockPay tokens too, so I am not worried about that. This scammer shoukd be taken out of the company before he makes more shit, he has a US search warrent!

Following our latest company growth and success, it is only natural that our expenses are adjusting too.

The company Bitshares Munich is in the middle of preparing another investment round for summer 2017, where due diligence and company evaluation are normal. In our negotiations with leading investors and customers the question of ownership over the intellectual property (IP) rights and trademarks of, including but not limited, **BlockPay, Smartcoins Wallet, C-IPFS, Bridge, Stealth** came up and I was surprised to find out that you did not follow common practice. In my analysis, I had to find out that **nobody in our development team signed the necessary development contracts that would grant the IP rights to Bitshares Munich.** 

Under these circumstances, Rodrigo and I were forced to immediately stop all business development and marketing efforts to protect our investors, customers and our company from potential legal claims. Our company cannot fund and promote products where it does not know if it owns the IP to it. All our requests to Ken to provide the appropriate documentation, contracts, and development agreements have been left unanswered. 

Continue paying for software development that the company does not own is not an option for us. Luckily this can be easily solved with your cooperation. 

In summary, Rodrigo and I are looking forward to solving these issues as soon as possible with you. 

As you already know I am currently on the business trip to Beijing and Shanghai to meet our local businesses partners, BlockPay Ambassadors, potential investors and leading Bitshares community members. It is my goal to improve the relationship between the western and the Chinese community to further grow the Bitshares blockchain. Isn't withholding payment not violating his workers rights? Or is Bitshares Munich a separate company from Blockpay and so it's more of a inter-company contract issue? If I was a programmer and my boss withheld my pay because of a project management issue I'd be pretty disgruntled too.

Let's really hope you find a solution! The situation is somewhat paradoxical, as contracts are supposed to provide security, but the dispute about them is guaranteed to harm everyone involved - which is exactly the opposite of what was intended by everyone. There are at least 4 possible outcomes:
1. No-one gives up, and everything fails.
2. Someone gives up and survives, while the other gets his will
3. Both give in and find a compromise
4. Both commit to a common solution and find an outcome that combines the benefits of both opinions. This one would require unusual humility and vulnerability.

We all love you guys from BlockPay+. Please both be open and let each other hear about your fears. That way you can understand both sides better, and thus the real issues.

You accepted money from the world and have sold yourself as a open source and a company that strives to bring positive change through open transparent exchange of knowledge (permission-less money) for all to enjoy......right before Ken's (of course all the hard working developers) invention is spread......you now call yourself a corporation and try to hide behind the most ridiculous invention your type have come up with [Intellectual Property].  

It doesn't matter what your attorneys tell you.  BlockPay will never succeed because you have poisoned your reputation and in a community who understands immutability, you might as well save all of us from any further wasting of our time.

Kencode stated that he is unable to pay for lawyers as he hasn't been paid for his work, surely waiting for responses from his lawyers is an indefinite waiting period then? Can't you talk without involving lawyers? I thought you were working together? Go get HR involved, lol.

We have met in Munich a few weeks ago. Back then, I was very impressed by Christoph and his presentation during House of Nakamoto in Austria.

In fact, I had my money set up to invest in his company, BitShares Munich, and support it fully, with my time and my contacts,

Then, I met you.

In our first meeting, statements have been made by you that forced me to change my mind. Not only did you not accept any offer I have made to you with statements like "over my dead body", but you also insulted your business partners Christoph and Rodrigo while talking to me, a potential investor. This appeared to me as very unprofessional.

Dear Kenneth (kencode) Silver,

Your recent posts on the subject of Bitshares Munich have attracted my attention as I am an investor. You have not got your facts straight which opts me to respond immediately as you are seriously damaging my financial interests.

Christoph Hering was the first investor in Bitshares Munich with 20.000 Euro fiat currency of his own money. He took the massive risk of investing in you.

Secondly, money in Bitshares Munich belongs to the investors, not individuals, whether that is you or anyone else. As CTO, or technical officer, the financial side of the company is not your job. It is highly unprofessional to share details incorrectly, to say the very least. Your shareholder rights are the same as anyone else’s and governed by proper law.

The tone in your communication is suggestive and creates and atmosphere of distrust and malpractice on behalf of Christoph. As this is beside the truth, if not even with malicious intent, I feel obliged to inform your audience better. To my knowledge Christoph Hering is completely trustworthy with my investment money, however I regret to state, you certainly are not.

The present withholding of further investment in Bitshares Munich from me and others has to do with your presence in the company, the malpractices that have led to criminal procedures against you in the past, your incapability to deliver the software to Bitshares Munich and your constant refusal to respond to repetitive invitations of the lawyers of Bitshares Munich over the last weeks.

They apparently want a meeting on your malpractices with expenses, declarations and your being in default on deliveries. Your refusal to do so caused damage to the company and made it lose customers. If you are indeed knowingly incapable to deliver, you committed fraud.

I had a phone call with Christoph Hering (CEO of Bitshares Munich) just today and he was very transparent. The only way forward for Bitshares Munich after this, is without any ties to Ken Silver (or Ken Code).

Christoph is currently in China at work for the company. He confirmed to have found a solution that will protect the other investors once Ken Code has left the organisation completely.

It was clear that investors have stated only to move forward without you.

Pay attention everyone.  This is what happens time and time again to creative people.  The whole time Ken was inventing and creating things with his mind that would have improved the quality of life for everyone, the bean counters spent all their time in the darkness figuring out a way to separate him from his creation.

They use legal liability jargon, back room deals, claim money is the final decision maker, copyrights (capitalist delusional entitlements), and personal attacks.  

I do not know the specifics of what has happened and even though I was a blockpay amabassador (who has basically worked for free for a good long while) I don't think it is my business.  Let this be a lesson to all the hard working people in the world that continue to be exploited for their talents and physical work, which usually results in that rare human gift of caring more about creating than taking.  

Shame on all of you.  I don't care if everything you say about Ken is true.  This disgusting display of "business as usual" will lead each of you to get what you deserve......nothing but your old, lonely, empty heart that will feel empty until you disappear from this planet just as fast as your short lived idol [money] ruled the earth..  

The creative will not be control, the genius will not be your property.

I agree, transparency is important but Blockpay and BTS holders may be hurt by this news. It's important we all know what is happening but without scaring away investors.

Excuse my ignorance, but all I hear is from this Hering guy to be in China and working to grow bitshares and his company.
Why have you as the tech guy not been in China as well? I suspect with all the crypto hype, there should be enough money to go there.

I have been part of these hangouts for a couple months now - and I never saw you speak up there. Why is that?
Instead of making weird comments on somone being investigated in a live show, why not join the show next time?

Well there seems to be some very big issues with any one of those behaviors from a BitShares Committee Member, BlockPay CEO, host of BitShares Beyond Bitcoin.........."Leading" the team who arguably brings the biggest value potential to BitShares with promises of stealth, global adoption, partnerships.  To keep this in the dark to the general public and have a immutable ledger that can't be faked to fit the story later would end much worse.

I can tell you that I definitely drew back some of my recent excess risk, but I still have kept a good chunk in BTS.  If this disaster was handled anyway differently than Ken has so honorably done here.......I'd cleared everything and never have given BTS (possibly even Steemit) another thought.

This is the time for large stake holders to wake up, turn off the autopilot and get this vehicle back on the road.

@Xeroc Since kencode has NEVER owned less than 51% of bitshares munich, please tell me why he should step down? Why  would he cooperate, on matters with which he does not agree, with Christoph? He sold 49% of his company in order for Christoph to be the public face so that Ken could concentrate on the actual development of the products, the vision. The company **KEN CREATED** had the philosophical perspective of benefiting humanity and the world. Ken is being done a grave injustice.

Since the first day I invested on the BlockPay tokens, I did a background check since I am from the US. I found out, that KenCode has over 2000 sues from people expending a refund from him from products he said that he would deliver. Like the solar, lotto scam. Kencode run out of his country to Germany to avoid fraud and scam prosecution from the state of Florida. He had open investigations by the state of Florida. As an investor , I totally agree for him to stop working for the company. As you all know the ICO round that Bitshares Munich made, the money was to operate the company and grow the business. That money is not from Ken even if he has a 51% share of the company. The company owns the money not him. Please guys open your eyes. This is a legal business case, don't speculate if you don't have any legal or business background on these topics!
