¡Hola Hivers! Bienvenidos un día más a mi blog. Últimamente he estado cocinando nuevas recetas y me siento satisfecha con los resultados. Para mi cocinar es un arte y me encanta poder mezclar sabores en la cocina. Por esta razón, en esta oportunidad les traigo la preparación de una de mis recetas favoritas de esta tanda hasta ahora: ***Tostadas Francesas con Ricotta y Setas***.

Lo primero que tenemos que hacer es lavar nuestras setas muy bien. Yo las dejo unos 3 minutos en agua con un chorrito de vinagre. Luego de esto, procedo a picar en cuadritos con ayuda de una tabla y un cuchillo.

Después, reservo las setas en un recipiente limpio y les agrego sal y pimienta al gusto.

The first thing we have to do is wash our mushrooms very well. I leave them for about 3 minutes in water with a splash of vinegar. After that, I proceed to chop them into small squares with the help of a board and a knife.

Then, I put the mushrooms aside in a clean container and add salt and pepper to taste.

Procedo a preparar el ajo y el perejil. Lavo muy bien 3 ramitas de perejil fresco y las pico en trocitos con ayuda de un cuchillo. Seguidamente, machaco 4 ajos. Reservo estos 2 ingredientes para su posterior preparación.

Finalmente, con el pan de sandwich previamente tostado, procedemos a armar nuestras tostadas francesas, primero untándolas de queso Riccota primero y luego agregando las setas sobre esta. ¡Y listo para comer!

Cuando leí Tostadas francesas me confundí tremendo porque aquí son dulces y verlas con setas y queso como que no me cuadró, pero viendo la receta me doy cuenta de que no tiene nada que ver con lo que yo pensaba 🙈

Me encantan la setas preparadas así, yo les agrego espárragos y las uso como guarnición para las comidas, no se me había ocurrido ponerles queso, pero me acabas de dar una idea genial.
