Hola queridos Hivers, Feliz Domingo para todos. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una rutina para el cuidado del cabello, que me ha funcionado de maravilla. Me encanta cuidarme y más si puedo hacerlo con productos naturales que aporten grandes beneficios a bajo costo. Así quédense hasta el final, para contarles como el Vinagre de Manzana me aporta Brillo, entre otros.

## <center> ✽ Vinagre de Manzana para el Cuidado del Cabello | Apple Cider Vinegar for Hair Care 💇 ✽</center>
Lo primero que tenemos que hacer es adquirir el vinagre de manzana en cualquier supermercado o tienda. Luego tomaremos un atomizador, para facilitar su aplicación y mezclaremos, en partes iguales, agua potable con vinagre de manzana. Les recomiendo que antes de comprar el vinagre revisen los componentes del mismo en su etiqueta, para verificar que están comprando un producto sin otras sustancias o químicos, solo su composición pura.
> The first thing we have to do is to acquire apple cider vinegar in any supermarket or store. Then we will take an atomizer, to facilitate its application and we will mix, in equal parts, drinking water with apple cider vinegar. I recommend that before buying the vinegar you check the components of the vinegar on its label, to verify that you are buying a product without other substances or chemicals, only its pure composition.

① Empezamos, peinando nuestro cabello en seco, con el peine de tu preferencia, para proceder a aplicar con el atomizador. Si deseas puedes dividir el cabello en secciones, para lograr una mayor control del cabello y por lo tanto de la aplicación del vinagre. Luego, comenzamos aplicando primero en la raíz, dando masajes circulares con la yema de los dedos, para lograr una mejor penetración del producto. Luego lo aplicamos de medios a puntas y vamos peinando para que el vinagre se distribuya totalmente.

① We start by combing our hair dry, with the comb of your choice, to proceed to apply with the atomizer. If you wish, you can divide the hair in sections, to achieve a better control of the hair and therefore of the vinegar application. Then, we start by applying first at the roots, massaging in a circular motion with the fingertips, to achieve better penetration of the product. Then we apply it from means to ends and comb the hair so that the vinegar is completely distributed.

También podemos dejar secar, luego de retirar el vinagre. Y ya esta.

Afterwards, we can continue with our usual hygiene and care routine such as applying shampoo, conditioner, styling cream, among others or whatever you are used to. We can also let it dry after removing the vinegar. And that's it.
