That's how I started.

We're taught to look in only one direction, to call "real" only that which can be explained by the dominant logic.
It is clear that certain things are felt in the chest before the brain.
Truths are revealed in silence.

Then I understood:
Reality is a dance between what we believe and what we dare to question.
It's malleable. Mutable.
And above all, intimate.

My reality changed when I stopped repeating what others said and began to observe what I felt.
When I gave myself permission to break the false mirrors and see myself face to face, without masks.
I stopped looking for absolute answers and began living in the questions.
