A custom logic Solidity Smart Contract regulates the assets . They implement Open Zeppelin security framework for it. Gigzi black is going to be vended through an automated Smart Contract crowdsale which will keep on until all of the GZB are vended. 

Gigzi treasury regulates Gigzi Metal crypto-assets. The Treasury balances the precious metals stocks which are at the Mint with the amount of the crypto-assets in circulation and makes sure that equilibrium is maintained.
