They also introduce public Token in the system of Heta Blockchain. The good part is that any customer will be able to develop his own token in Heta Blockchain via Smart Contract.  

HETA is an international cryptocurrency which is used inside MainChain. They can use it to pay “usage fee”. The customers can use Heta Coin when creating a transaction in order to get their coins made by Heta exchanged and a pre-defined amount of HetaCoin must be paid. They call it Transaction Fee. The fee is mandatory and it helps HetaCoin in adding real value to the system. The network will not also be flooded with micro transactions. 

A user is to get a reward of some amount of HETA while doing the consensus/validation process of a MainChain or PrivateChain. It is known as Endorsing Reward and the rate of the reward depends on the amount of the user's effort spent in the process.

As it was mentioned already, the new blockchain is based on dPoS and BFT hybrid consensus algorithm. Furthermore, the double verification process was added in order to make sure that it is stable. 

Cryptography is one of the foundational technologies of the blockchain. It is a mathematics branch and applied in computer security. It is used in order to get knowledge of a secret or the data authenticity proved. All blockchain systems have these cryptographic proofs. Accounts make the HETA`s central part as with the help of them external agents identities are represented. For HETA network to validate the transaction sender identity securely, public key cryptography is used by accounts for transaction signing. 

HETA happens to be a replicated database maintaining a list of ordered transactions which is growing continuously and they are called blocks. Each of them obtains a link to the previous block. As soon as one block is recorded, it is impossible to alter the data in it. The block of HETA consists of three segments and they are Data, Metadata and Header.

Abstractions of high-level programming deployed to the HETA MainChain for execution and compiled down to HVM bytecode are called smart contracts. A database schema that is defined for tracking, storing and finding data is required for developing smart contracts. The same data, which is sorted and indexed by multiple fields in order to support the indices consistency, is usually needed by developers. Each and every transaction format in the MainChain is always defined by the smart contract. 

Each smart contact`s full lifecycle management is handled by the system in the form of digital assets and include submission, usage, deployment and cancellation management that is controlled completely. They implement a comprehensive smart contract management successfully as they implement the right mechanism of management. 
A general smart contract template is formed step by step with the help of some business models and processes within domains of various businesses being adopted actively. Furthermore, flexible configurations can be supported for a multitude of scenarios.
