In this clip from the Chain Chatter pod, we talk about founding crypto projects and navigating ridiculously large workloads.

Building any business in any industry is hard enough. When you throw Web3 / Crypto into the mix, you're faced with an even greater set of technical challenges and hoops to jump through.

I love building in this space. It's fast moving and always exciting. We are all inter-connected here on Hive and in Web2 channels like Discord so things move quick and are always able to communicate with each other.

That is a double-edged sword... It also means a never-ending workload. In this clip, we talk about our strategies for handling that workload:

- Matt: As 50% of the founding team, it is super helpful to divide the workload, he's not interested in the business side, all about tech
- Khal: Prefers the business, wishing for a tech cofounder
