So this will probably be something you have seen or done before, and it's not super fancy but when I saw it years ago I freaked out and wanted to make one right away. There's an actual name for this but I don't know what it's called, I believe it's egg's in a basket but I could be totally wrong. Anyways. You will need - One egg - Two slices of bread - One slice of cheese - Butter - A small mouthed cup - Salt & Pepper First you start off by buttering all sides of the bread. Then you will want to put a slice of cheese between the two slices of bread. You will then use the small cup to place of the bread and twist back and forth until you have cut through the bread and cheese, making a big cirlce out of the center. Start heating a pan on high to medium heat. Place the bread in the pan, make sure the pan is hot first, this will give you the golden brown crisp you want on the sandwich. Now crack an egg and drop it into the circle. Wait about 1 minute and flip the sandwich with a spatula. Crack a little salt and pepper over it and .... Viola you have a nice egg/cheese sandwich. Minimal effort, quick snack for you or your kids.
