But rather than a beautiful maiden in enchanting looks, she was a warrior with a tall-built and toned muscle.
In her childhood, Nerissa Tridawn never adore a live studded with the glimmering throne. Her curiosity drive her to venture into the dark and dangerous abyss. Her bodyguards would struggle to fend off any overwhelming danger coming at her.
When the Chaos Legion invade the Shimmering Coast, they were caught by surprise; for the legion thought they would subdue a damsel in distress now faced by a brave warrior maiden. Nerissa dance above the ocean, taming the raging typhoon casted by the Chaos Legion. The power of the tide overcome the typhoon aiding the sea armada on their way. Those sea admiral and sailor who cheer upon her name "Nerrissa The Hurricane!"*
Nerrisa Tridawn fight by relying straight to its natural status. It have a very tremendous magic damage and health. Its one of the cards which own the highest output of magic damage, starting with 3 at its initial level and grow into 5 at its max level (so far there's only one card, Djinn Inferni, which own similar damage but with a lower 7 mana cost). Its powerful damage and tough health, make this card suitable for whether the front, mid, or back row.

### Market Price Analysis
As usual, the price have been in downtrend in the past few weeks. But the price of regular foil have been in sideways with fluctuation ranging between $1.0 to $1.50, and currently sitting at $1.45. Conversely price of gold foil touched its lowest price and followed by a price jump and then stabilizing at $11.50. It's a costly card considering it's the third most expensive card among Epic Chaos Legion collection. By calculating its bcx, it will require $66.70 to reached max level on regular foil and $115.00 to reached max level on gold foil. The price gap seemed reasonable to consider purchasing gold rather than regular one. If purchasing this card is for play rather than investment purpose, it might be better to plan purchase with available budget, still considering its quite seldom to deploy this card in other battle than the high mana cap battle.
### Progression Analysis
A single common thing about epic card is how they have few progression steps, which means less occasion for growth; but they are usually compensated with higher initial status parameter. Similar thing also happen with Nerrisa Tridawn where this card started at Level 1 with a quite high status parameter. In conclusion with limited budget, Nerissa Tridawn could still be a powerful card even at only Level 1.
In overall, the most interesting growth potential comes from the magic damage growth happened in Level 4 and Level 6. Both growth will justify and reinforce Nerissa Tridawn position as powerful Striker card. The remaining growths are less motivating. Level 2 provide with a +1 health growth which seemed very small compared to the already great 9 health. And then there's additional health growth at Level 5, which in my opinion (considering the benefit and cost) looks more as an stepping stone prior to reaching Level 6. Level 3 grant a +1 speed; which although less important for magic card, they still bring benefit to allow Nerissa Tridawn to act earlier.
### Rulesets To Be Watched

||I believe that Wands Out ruleset is the best moment to deploy Nerissa Tridawn. Because there's only few Tanker among magic card collection, therefore Nerissa huge 9 health could help to sustain several incoming attack.|
||When all abilities being neutralizes, then its an all-out status battle; and Nerissa got all high status as a Tanker-Striker hybrid.|
||Bringing Nerissa in this ruleset could turn into a backfire. As long as you deploy more cards in your formation than your opponent, you might gain more benefit than your opponent. But still bringing Nerissa in this ruleset are better done on higher mana cap condition.|

The battle was already at a handicap since I utilized full 36 mana, while my opponent only utilize 30 mana. I decided to bring Venari Wavesmith with its protect ability (and then added with Armored Up ruleset) to block the Earthquake damage which worked very well. The first two row are filled with low mana card as cannon fodder, and followed by Nerissa Tridawn both as main tanker and main Striker. Then Nerissa are followed by two magic card which I prepare to bypass the Armored Up ruleset. And lastly Coastal Nymph as backup to randomly target opponent main striker hidden in the back row.
Meanwhile my opponent decided to deploy standard formation using Tarsa, which focus the attack using Sneak and Opportunity. The formation have double tanker with Living Lava in the 2nd row and Gargoya Lion in the 3rd row. Overall this is still a powerful formation with Tarsa providing boost to the melee cards.
Round 1 started, and Nerissa bring down the cannon fodder in single strike. The remaining magi card ship away small portion of Living Lava health. Cruel Sethropod also strike but make no avail against Living Lava thick skin. My opponent show some grit by launching several attacks, but the attacks was divided with no focus on certain card. Serpentine Spy which supposed to take an ambush against important card have to take bait into attacking Hardy Stonefish. Tenyii Striker make powerful strike against Coastal Nymph armor, but still there's a long way to go.
The Earthquake turn both formation into a wild mess. My formation managed to survive with the remaining armor still intact, but my opponent especially Serpentine Spy and Tenyii Striker have lost their armor entirely. Cruel Sethropod fallen from Serpentine Spy quick blow. Coastal Nymph launch an attack which fall into Tenyii Striker, a non fatal hit, but which become significant in the upcoming round. But the victorious blow come when Nerissa, Venari, and Scavo in conjuction slain Living Lava.
The second earthquake turn up, and although Gargoya and Pixie are unaffected, its not the same for Tenyii Striker and Serpentine Spy. Both have only two health remaining health, and have to surrender their life with the earthquake taking place. Victory become closer into becoming mine. And when the magic card start casting their spell again, Gargoya Lion couldn't fend them off.
And finally at Round 4, the fate is sealed upon my opponent with only Spark Pixies remaining in the formation.
### CONCLUSION
#### Did your strategy work? What will you try differently next time?
Its actually an unbalanced battle, because the mana gap between both formation. Nerissa Tridawn showed a very powerful performance by repeatedly make powerful blow into Tanker card. Living Lava and Gargoya Lion which both have 6 health have to lose half of their health within single round. And due to Scavo Technomancer blast ability, they lost their health slowly, resulting on both of them perished in single round. Nerissa Tridawn toughness as a Tanker is not tested in this battle. But imagining there's no Cruel Sethropod in the front row, I believe the formation will still stand firm with Nerissa sustaining the damage.
#### Do you like NERISSA TRIDAWN? Why or why not?
I very much like using Nerissa Tridawn. Its 3 magic damage is powerful damage output. But only due to its high 9 mana cost, that this card become rarely used in battle. In my opinion, this card is best used in battle with mana cap more than 30, where the formation can have better mana balance between cards, while having all row filled up.
