[FOOD] 참 훠궈의 맛! 황산샤브샤브에 다녀오다.

우연한 기회에 종로에 갔다가 밥먹으려고 [망고플레이트](https://www.mangoplate.com/restaurants/HBoWq8cQd5)에서 평점이 높은 중국식 훠꿔 전문점이라는 **황산 샤스샤브**에 가게 됐드아.

예전에 프랜차이즈 훠궈집에 갔었는데 훠궈는 맛이 없다는 편견만 생겨있는 상태라서 조금 고민되기도 했다... ㅜㅠ (입만 얼얼하고 별로...)

하지만 간판을 보자마자
> "손님 죄송하지만 이곳은 레알 맛집입니다. 인스타용 사진찍는 가게는 아니에요." 

라고 하는 것 같아서 안심이 됐다.

#### 그래서 바로 본격먹방 시작!!!

2만원짜리 **황산모듬샤브샤브 2인분**을 시키고서

둘다 맛을 보기 위해서 **백탕과 홍탕**을 반반씩 시켰다. :-D

양고기는 혹시 몰라서 안심되는 **소고기**로만!

가지각색으로 맛이 다른 **6종 소스**!!!

**짜사이와 건두부 무침, 양파절임**도 넘나 맛난것!

이어서 나온 버섯과 숙주나물쓰~ 그리고 **다양한 채소**들 :-D

회전률이 빨라서 신선하고 푸짐한 채소들! 

주말 지하상가의 다른 가게는 조용한데 이곳만 시끌벅적했다.

그리고 이게 완전 대박인데 세트에 포함된 **맛보기용 꿔바로우**!!! 다른 데서는 최소 6,000원 정도에 팔것 같은데도 **무료**!!!

살짝 달콤한 간장 베이스 느낌의 촉ㅋ촉ㅋ한 속살과 바삭한 껍질이 **뀨르맛**!

중간에 볶음밥도 시켜서 먹었는데 사진은 찍지도 못하고 싹싹 긁어먹고 정신을 차리고 나서 찍은 사진임.
