Google Analytics is laughable - anybody using it is not likely to be caring about people being tracked... those mails are I guess better than nothing, better to do your own mail IMHO though and just setup pgp, although few people will be able to recieve (email needs an overhaul anyways), the rest I've more or less all heard of and either are not problems or aren't really something your average user can contend with (wordpress vs blogger? great, but maybe my favorite blog is on blogger)...or even worse the competition is so bad I would never use them...
The one interesting one I saw was that ungoogled thing: https://ungoogled-software.github.io/ungoogled-chromium-binaries/ that looks like a potential solid replacement for my google chrome needs...
