**Tr**: Merhaba Hive TR ailesi.  Tr Liste'nin 39. Etkinliğinde yapmayı sevdiğimiz yemeklerden bahsetmiştik. Ben Fırında Tavuk yapmayı sevdiğimi söylemiştim. Bu gönderimde Fırında tavuk, patates tarifini paylaşacağım.
 39. etkinliğin üzerinden uzun süre geçti ancak paylaşmak için yeni fırsatım oldu.
**Malzemeler**:
* Tavuk
Not: Ben kolay pişmesi için  tavuk kanadı  tercih ediyorum. Sizler dilerseniz başka bir tavuk seçebilirsiniz.
* Patates
* Kabak
* Domates
* Yeşil biber
* Baharat( kimyon, karabiber, 
* Kırmızı biber, kekik, köri)
* 2 yemek kaşığı yoğurt

> **En**: Hello Hive TR family.  In the 39th Event of Tr List, we talked about the dishes we like to cook. I said that I like to make Baked Chicken. In this post, I will share the recipe for Baked chicken and potatoes.
It's been a long time since the 39th event, but I just had a chance to share it.
**Ingredients**
>* Chicken
>Note: I prefer chicken wings for easy cooking. You can choose another chicken if you wish.
>* Potato
>* Pumpkin
>* Tomato
>* Green pepper
>* Spices( cumin, black pepper, 
> * paprika, oregano, curry)
>* 2 tablespoons of yogurt

Yemeği yapmaya ilk olarak sosu hazırlayarak başladım. Bir yemeğe lezzetini veren şey hazırlanan sosu veya içerisine koyulan baharatlardır. 2 yemek kaşığı yoğurdu kaseye koydum üzerine bir tatlı kaşığı kimyon, karabiber, kırmızı biber, kekik, tuz ve köri ekledim. Sosa yoğurdu, tavuk yumuşak olması için koyuyorum.
Fırında Tavuğu sulu olarak yaptığımda ise sosta aynı baharatları kullanıyorum ekstra salça ve su ekliyorum.

> I started making the dish by first preparing the sauce. What gives a dish its flavor is the sauce or the spices put in it. I put 2 tablespoons of yogurt in the bowl and added a teaspoon of cumin, black pepper, paprika, thyme, salt and curry. I put yogurt in the sauce to make the chicken soft.
When I make Chicken in the Oven juicy, I use the same spices in the sauce and add extra tomato paste and water.

Tavukları sosa bulayıp yaklaşık bir saat sosta beklettim. Tavuklar  bir saat sosta dinlendikten sonra pişirecek olduğum tepsiye  aralıklı olarak dizdim.

> I coated the chickens with the sauce and left them in the sauce for about an hour. After the chickens rested in the sauce for an hour, I arranged them on the tray that I was going to cook.

Tavuğun yanına istediğiniz sebzeleri koyabilirsiniz. Ben patates, kabak, domates ve biber tercih ettim. Patatesleri orta kalınlıkta doğradım. Patatesi tavuğun sosundan arta kalanlarla sosladım. Tavuktan sos kalmadığı zamanlarda bazen üzerine sadece tuz serpiştiriyorum. Fazla baharat sevmediğim için baharatın çok olmamasına dikkat ediyorum.
 Kabakları da orta kalınlıkta doğrayıp patatesle birlikte tepsiye dizdim. Yağlı kağıt ile tepsinin üzerini kapattım. Isı direkt olarak geldiğinde tavuk ve sebzeler pişmeden yanabiliyor. Yağlı kağıdın tepsinin üzerinde daha düzgün durması için ıslatıp örtüyorum.
Ara ara tavuğun pişip pişmediğini kontrol ettim pişmesine yakın zamanda domates ve biberleri ekledim ve yağlı kağıdı tepsiye örtmeden pişirmeye devam ettim  . Tavukların üzeri kızarıp sebzeler pişince fırında tavuk yemeğim hazır oldu.

> You can put any vegetables you want with the chicken. I preferred potatoes, zucchini, tomatoes and peppers. I cut the potatoes into medium thick slices. I sauced them with the leftover sauce from the chicken. When there is no sauce left from the chicken, sometimes I just sprinkle salt on it, sometimes I season it. I make sure that it is not too much because I don't like too much spice. I cut the zucchini into medium thick slices and placed them on the tray with the potatoes. I covered the tray with greaseproof paper. When the heat comes directly, the chicken and vegetables can burn before they are cooked. I wet and cover the greaseproof paper so that it stays more smoothly on the tray.
From time to time, I checked whether the chicken was cooked or not, added the tomatoes and peppers when it was close to being cooked and continued cooking without covering the greaseproof paper on the tray. When the chicken was browned and the vegetables were cooked, my baked chicken dish was ready.
