**TR**: Herkese merhaba. Sosyal medyada yapılan Eylül ayının esprilerini görmeyen yoktur 😃 Gerçekten de eylülde kış hazırlıkları yapmadan olmuyor. Buna hem yaz lezzetlerinin kışın bulunmaması hem de kışın yaz lezzetlerinin çok pahalı olması neden oluyor.  Bende herkes gibi kış hazırlığı yaptım ve yapmaya devam ediyorum. Tek tek paylaşım çok kısa olacağı düşüncesiyle bir kaç tanesini birlikte paylaşmayı düşündüm.

I thought of sharing a few of them together, as it would be too short to share one by one

**Elma kurusu:**  Aslında sonbaharda veya kışta rahatlıkla elma bulabiliyoruz. Ancak ben elma kurusunun tadını beğeniyorum. Annemin bahçesinden elmaları toplayıp eve getirince birazını kurutmaya karar verdim. Bunun için ekstra malzemeye gerek olmaması hazırlık sürecini kısalttı. Elmaları yıkayıp soyduktan sonra iç kısmındaki çekirdekleri ayıkladım. İnce dilimler halinde elmaları doğradım ve güneş gören bir yere serdim. Kuruması için serdiğimde elmaları veya kurutacağım herhangi bir şeyin üst üste gelmemesine dikkat ediyorum. Güneş ışınlarının geliş açısına ve sıcaklığa göre kuruma süresi değişiklik gösteriyor. Benim elmalarım 1 haftada kurudu ama 5 günde kurutmayı sonlandırsam daha iyi olurmuş. Çok sert olmasa da biraz daha yumuşak olması daha iyi olurdu. 

>**Dried apples:** In fact, we can easily find apples in autumn or winter. However, I like the taste of dried apples. When I picked apples from my mother's garden and brought them home, I decided to dry some. The lack of need for extra materials shortened the preparation process. After washing and peeling the apples, I removed the cores from the inside. I cut the apples into thin slices and lay them out in the sun. When I lay it out to dry, I take care not to overlap the apples or anything else I'm going to dry. The drying time varies according to the angle of incidence of the sun's rays and the temperature. My apples dried in 1 week, but it would be better if I ended the drying in 5 days. It would be better if it was a little softer though not too hard.

**İncir Kurusu**: İnciri sevmeyen yoktur herhalde. Elimde çok fazla incir olmadığı için kurutmaya tercih ettim. İnciri kurutmak belki birçok meyveyi kurutmaktan daha kolay😃 Kurutmak için yapılması gereken incirleri güneşe koymak 😃 Çok sert olmadan yumuşakken kurutmayı sonlandırdım. İnciri bir gün güneşte bekletip dondurucuya koyabilirsiniz böylece taze inciri her mevsim dolapta bulabilirsiniz. 

>**Dried Figs:** There is no one who does not like figs. Since I don't have a lot of figs on hand, I chose to dry them. Drying figs is perhaps easier than drying many fruits😃 To dry them, putting the figs in the sun 😃 I ended the drying when it was soft without being too hard. You can keep the figs in the sun for a day and put them in the freezer, so you can find fresh figs in the fridge every season.

**Patlıcan ve Biber Kurusu**: Kuru dolmanın vazgeçilmezi olan patlıcan ve biber kurusudur. Kabak da kurutulduğunu biliyorum ama kabak kurutmayı hiç denemedim. 
 Patlıcanı kurutmak için öncelikle derin bir kaba tuzlu su hazırladım. Patlıcanın varsa acısını alması ve kururken kararmaması için bu işlemi yaptım. Patlıcanın içini oyup hazırlamış olduğum tuzlu suya koydum. Bütün patlıcanlara bu işlemi yaptıktan sonra pamuklu kalın bir ipe aralarına makarna koyarak dizdim. İpin pamuklu olması patlıcanın kaymamasını sağlıyor. Makarna koyma sebebim ise patlıcanların birbirine değmemesi için, eğer birbirine değer ve uzun süre öyle kalırsa çürümeye başlıyor. Patlıcanları ara ara kontrol ederek kuruyana kadar güneşte bekleteceğim. 
Biberleri kuruturken içinin tohumlarını çıkartıp pamuklu bir ipe aralarına makarna koyarak dizdim. Güneş gören bir yerde iyice kuruyana kadar beklettim. İyi kurumazlarsa ve serin yerde muhafaza edilmezlerse bozuluyorlar. 

>**Dried Eggplant and Pepper**: Dried aubergine and pepper, which are indispensable for stuffing. I know zucchini is also dried, but I have never tried drying zucchini.
 To dry the eggplant, I first prepared a deep bowl of salted water. I did this process so that the eggplant would take away the bitterness, if any, and not darken while drying. I hollowed out the eggplant and put it in the salt water I had prepared. After doing this process on all the eggplants, I lined them on a thick cotton rope with pasta between them. The cotton thread ensures that the eggplant does not slip. The reason I put the pasta is so that the eggplants do not touch each other, if they touch each other and stay like that for a long time, they start to rot. I will keep the eggplants in the sun until they dry, checking them from time to time.
While I was drying the peppers, I took the seeds out and arranged them on a cotton rope with pasta between them. I left it in a sunny place until it dries well. They deteriorate if they are not dried well and stored in a cool place.

Elbette kış hazırlıklarım bunlarla sınırlı değil. Daha önce fasulye konservesi yapmış ve burada paylaşmıştım. Önümüzdeki günlerde de domates sosu yapmayı planlıyorum. Sizler kışa neler yaparak hazırlanıyorsunuz?
