  Probablemente como ustedes, tengo hobbies, pequeñas paciones dentro de mí que funcionan para matar el tiempo y, probablemente como ustedes, me encantaría vivir de ello. Sin embargo, la realidad es distinta porque por mucho que algo te apasione, por mucho que te divierta todo trabajo requiere un esfuerzo, una dedicación y compromiso, podrás vivir de algo que te gusta, pero ¿Por cuánto tiempo te gustara exactamente lo mismo? Misma rutina, mismos procesos, hasta lo que muchos consideramos “vida de lujo” tiene su baches y vueltas que no controlamos y nos toca hacernos los locos y simplemente seguir avanzando, ignora a la gente y todo lo que te ata, ignora tus deseos más básicos y simplemente sigue avanzando. Para esos están los hobbies, para distraer la mente un rato y olvidar los males de la vida, perderse en el tiempo haciendo aquello que te apasione, y sin embargo al volverlo un trabajo hasta eso puede ser frustrante y cansado, una forma triste y e impotente de volver la vida un trabajo. No me agrada la gente que aspira a que todo lo que hagas te genere un beneficio, pero tampoco estoy de acuerdo en tener vicios que generen mal para nosotros, todo tiene un equilibrio y es ahí donde entran los pasa tiempos, aquellos que puedes administrar y controlar, aquellos que tienen un tiempo y un espacio, no aquellos que consumen tu vida, pero eso no es un valor que se atribuya a ellos si no a la persona.   Personalmente a lo largo de mi vida he hecho muchas cosas por el simple hecho de querer distraerme sin pensar en hacerlo de forma rutinaria para asegurarme un futuro, pensamientos que a día de hoy no puedo permitirme ya que el futuro es hoy y soy el único que lo controla, por lo cual tuve que abandonar muchos de ellos, pero estoy seguro, que en la pequeña esquina de mi mente siguen guardados con todos los recuerdos que me dejaron y algún día los retomare, aunque sea unas horas y volver a lo que siempre fue, hobbies.   No soy un artista, no soy un escritor talentoso, no soy el mejor jugando videojuegos y mucho menos me he visto todas las series de culto habidas y por haber y nada de eso me genera algún beneficio. Pero aun así lo hago. Tengo pequeños dibujos que recuerdo con nostalgia que empecé hacerlos desde mis 7 años de edad, recuerdo lo cansado del proceso y es que, sin exagerar, me podía tomar 3 horas de mi vida hacer un dibujo a lápiz y papel en blanco y negro, eso sin contar los descansos que sumados pueden ser 1 o 2 horas extra ¿resultados? Un garabato que a duras penas se entendía y no era 40% parecido al original, porque si uso referencias, no buscaba hacer algo desde cero, mi idea era poder tener esa imagen poder llevarla conmigo, a día de hoy sigo teniendo una gran carpeta donde guardo estos recuerdos así que en parte cumplí esa meta ¿eso me vuelve un artista? No. Y aun así seguí haciendo pequeños dibujos.   Luego de percatarme que el formato digital era mucho mejor para poder jugar con un sinfín de herramientas que ni en la vida sabre usar todas a la perfección, a mis 12 o 15 años… ya ni me acuerdo, me propuse a intentar mejorar mi dibujo digital. La idea era mas simple esta vez, y al mismo tiempo era mas compleja: ***“poder representar mis pensamientos en imágenes”.*** Si me imaginaba un árbol poder dibujarlo… que ingenio fui en ese momento.  >En el mejor de mis intentos.  Hice tantos garabatos que parece mentira que un chico con mínimo 12 años de edad dibuja peor que uno de preescolar ¿pero sabes que fue lo peor? Me gustaba ese proceso, tenia mas en la cabeza que cuando empecé en físico, sabia que existe una metodología, una forma de aprender y pese a los resultados, no me echaba para atrás, quería seguir intentado, nadie me obligaba hacerlo, nadie me presionaba y aunque al final no ganaba nada, ganaba todo. Todos necesitamos tiempo libre para dedicar a nosotros, porque todos tenemos talento para algo completamente inservible yo tengo talento para escribir deambulando por mis pensamientos y que al final quede algo coherente… más o menos. Lo impórtate es reconocer tus pros y fortalecerlos y cuando te encuentres cansado de nadar en contra de la corriente, siempre tengas ese espacio en el que quizás no seas el mejor del mundo, pero eres tú. However, the reality is different because no matter how much you are passionate about something, no matter how much fun you have, all work requires effort, dedication and commitment, you can live from something you like, but for how long will you like exactly the same thing? Same routine, same processes, even what many of us consider "luxury life" has its bumps and turns that we do not control and we have to play crazy and just keep moving forward, ignore the people and everything that binds you, ignore your most basic desires and just keep moving forward. That's what hobbies are for, to distract the mind for a while and forget the evils of life, to get lost in time doing what you are passionate about, and yet turning it into a job can be frustrating and tiring, a sad and impotent way to turn life into a job. I do not like people who aspire that everything you do generates a benefit, but I do not agree in having vices that generate bad for us, everything has a balance and that is where the time passes come in, those that you can manage and control, those that have a time and space, not those that consume your life, but that is not a value that is attributed to them but to the person.   Personally throughout my life I have done many things for the simple fact of wanting to distract me without thinking about doing it routinely to ensure a future, thoughts that today I can not afford because the future is today and I am the only one who controls it, so I had to abandon many of them, but I'm sure that in the small corner of my mind are still stored with all the memories that left me and someday I will take them back, even a few hours and return to what always was, hobbies.   I'm not an artist, I'm not a talented writer, I'm not the best at playing video games, let alone I've seen every cult series there is and none of that generates any benefit for me. But I still do it. I have small drawings that I remember with nostalgia that I started doing them since I was 7 years old, I remember how tiring the process was and, without exaggerating, it could take me 3 hours of my life to make a drawing with lapis and black and white paper, not counting the breaks that added up can be 1 or 2 hours extra. A scribble that was barely understood and was not 40% similar to the original, because if I use references, I was not looking to do something from scratch, my idea was to have that image to carry it with me, to this day I still have a large folder where I keep these memories so I partly accomplished that goal, does that make me an artist? No. And yet I continued to make small drawings.   After realizing that the digital format was much better to be able to play with an endless number of tools that I will never know how to use perfectly, at the age of 12 or 15... I don't even remember, I decided to try to improve my digital drawing. The idea was simpler this time, and at the same time it was more complex: ***"to be able to represent my thoughts in images".*** Si me imaginaba un árbol poder dibujarlo… que ingenio fui en ese momento.  >In the best of my attempts.  I did so many doodles that it seems unbelievable that a boy of at least 12 years old can draw worse than a preschooler, but you know what was the worst thing? I liked that process, I had more in my head than when I started in physics, I knew that there is a methodology, a way to learn and despite the results, I did not back down, I wanted to keep trying, nobody forced me to do it, nobody pressured me and although in the end I did not win anything, I won everything. We all need free time to dedicate to us, because we all have a talent for something completely useless, I have a talent for writing, wandering through my thoughts and at the end there is something coherent ... more or less. The important thing is to recognize your pros and strengthen them and when you find yourself tired of swimming against the current, always have that space where you may not be the best in the world, but you are you.

Gracias por tu comentario. Yo también toco instrumentos así que se perfectamente a que te refieres, toco el cuatro venezolano y el Fagot, un instrumentó de viento madera. Ambos instrumentos con una metodología propia, y un mundo de posibilidades, empecé porque me gustaban, pero jamás pensé llegar a ser un profesional en la música, solo quería hacer música.
