**¡EL SEMESTRE ACABO! 🥳**, estoy demasiado feliz de a fin decir que el semestre ha llegado su fin, realmente no veía la hora de que eso pasara pero ese tiempo al fin llego, aunque técnicamente aun no estoy de vacaciones porque todavía me falta ver una última clase, si es cierto que la entrega de actividades y evaluaciones ya acabo, estas últimas semanas fueron una absoluta locura, pero aun así pasaron cosas lindas que el día de hoy vengo a contarles.

**THE SEMESTER IS OVER! 🥳**, I'm so happy to finally say that the semester has come to an end, I really couldn't wait for it to happen but that time has finally arrived, although technically I'm not on holidays yet because I still have to see one last class, it is true that the delivery of activities and evaluations is over, these last weeks were absolutely crazy, but still nice things happened that today I come to tell you about.

La semana pasada fue el cierre de la material de Psicología de los Grupos II, una asignatura que de verdad voy a recordar con mucho cariño y es que tanto el semestre pasado como este semestre, fue de mis materias favoritas y de las que me dejo una experiencia demasiado bonita. Para cerrar con esta asignatura, decidimos hacer un compartir, que irónicamente en los 6 semestres que como grupo llevamos cursando nunca habíamos hecho uno, y aparte hacerlo con temática navideña, la verdad fue un momento sumamente chévere y es que uno de los aspectos que destaco en este materia fue que nos unió muchísimo como grupo, así que en este último encuentro se sintió un ambiente de mucha amistad.

Last week was the closing of the Psychology of Groups II course, a subject that I will remember with great affection, because both last semester and this semester, it was one of my favourite subjects and one that left me with a very nice experience. To close with this subject, we decided to do a sharing, which ironically in the 6 semesters that we have been studying as a group we had never done one, and apart from doing it with a Christmas theme, the truth is that it was an extremely cool moment and one of the aspects that I highlight in this subject was that it united us a lot as a group, so in this last meeting we felt an atmosphere of great friendship.

Este compartir fue un pequeño momento de calma antes de todo lo que se venía en los días siguientes, y es justamente el martes realizamos un stand para la materia de Psicología Organizacional I, donde nos toco presentar la captación y selección de personal de una empresa ficticia (aunque en nuestro caso la tienda con la que trabajamos es real), por lo que nos toco elaborar todo un concepto de captación donde debíamos explicar en que consistía la empresa, cuales era sus valores, misión, visión y objetivo, y en base a ello postular unos cargos en los cuales apoyarse para explicar el proceso de selección de personal.

This sharing was a small moment of calm before everything that was to come in the following days, and on Tuesday we did a stand for the subject of Organizational Psychology I, where we had to present the recruitment and selection of personnel of a fictitious company (although in our case the shop we work with is real), So we had to elaborate a whole recruitment concept where we had to explain what the company was about, what its values, mission, vision and objective were, and based on this we had to postulate some positions on which to base ourselves to explain the recruitment process.

Fue un experiencia abrumadora, pese a que no es la primera vez que participaba en un stand, ya que con este sería la 3ra ocasión, aun así atender a tantas personas y explicar lo mismo tantas veces nunca es más fácil aunque tengas experiencias previas, como grupo lo hicimos excelente, siento que tuvimos una muy buena organización y nos distribuimos el trabajo de la mejor manera y quizás eso hizo que la actividad nos dejara sumamente satisfechos, desde la decoración hasta el trabajo que cada uno de nosotros desempeño en la empresa.

It was an overwhelming experience, even though it is not the first time that I participated in a stand, this would be the 3rd time, even so to attend so many people and explain the same thing so many times is never easier even if you have previous experience, as a group we did excellent, I feel that we had a very good organization and we distributed the work in the best way and perhaps that made the activity left us extremely satisfied, from the decoration to the work that each one of us performed in the company.

Finalmente el día de ayer fue la última evaluación, y creo que la que hizo llorar a más de uno mientras estudiábamos, la única materia que nos hizo sufrir hasta el final porque no sabíamos si la íbamos a pasar o no, de hecho algunas de mis compañeras no sabrán esa respuesta hasta el que profesor mande las notas de esa última evaluación. Psicología Experimental es en general la materia que al menos a la mayoría hace llorar, y espero además sea la última que involucre números en lo que me queda de carrera.

Finally yesterday was the last evaluation, and I think the one that made more than one of us cry while we were studying, the only subject that made us suffer until the end because we didn't know if we were going to pass or not, in fact some of my classmates won't know that answer until the professor sends the grades of that last evaluation. Experimental Psychology is in general the subject that makes most of us cry, and I hope it will be the last one that involves numbers for the rest of my career.
