The guy has no idea  how biological evolution works.  We are significantly NO different than humans a hundred thousand years ago. Evolution takes a LONG time. The minor differences in height etc  are due to improved nutritions.

Most of what he's discussing is more properly called 'augmentation' or 'genetic engineering' or 'enhancement'.  That's happening but he's showing a remarkable lack of imagination.
