Spent majority of the night buggering around building a NodeJS airdrop bot by the name of @DropBot, The purpose of this application is to help facilitate automated giveaways of any valid [Hive-Engine.com](https://hive-engine.com/) token while also offering support for Airdropping HIVE and HBD as well.

In the near future I'll be open sourcing the code to allow people to use the basic version for free simply by cloning the git repository and inputting the necessary data into the config to make sure all functionality of this application work. Subsequent versions of this app will likely be developed later on into some form of affordable "Airdrops as a Service" utility which will allow any user on HIVE to Airdrop HIVE, HBD or any Hive-Engine.com token they wish onto people visiting their blog posts and commenting claim in order to automatically have the transfers of Airdropped tokens handled.

The purpose of this post is to try a bit of open alpha testing on this new codebase with the HIVE community as well as distribute some of the [PONZI](https://hive-engine.com/?p=market&t=PONZI) fun token, which can be used to play the decentralized Ponzi game hosted by the @play.ponzi account. <center><h1>Giving Away 1000 PONZI Tokens  to Commenters</h1></center>

Upon posting this blog post I'll use the @dropbot account to set up an experimental Airdrop of some of the PONZI tokens. 1000 PONZI will be given away with 25 PONZI being awarded to any user replying in the comments section below with only the word `claim` in the reply. This will trigger the @dropbot application to queue you up to (hopefully) automatically receive some free money.

You may only claim once per a HIVE account however at this time if you want to claim with a few accounts certainly won't complain about that assuming you're being respectful to others getting some airdropped PONZI and not just claim spamming to drain the giveaway. A total of 40 accounts will get 25 PONZI by posting `claim` in the comments below. The tokens will be given away until they run out at which point you're welcome to go grab some on Hive-Engine.com for cheap.

PONZI can always be bought on Hive-Engine.com for 0.01 HIVE per a piece and will always have a buy wall set up at 0.009 HIVE per a piece in order to accommodate people taking their earnings from playing the @play.ponzi token contract. 90% of the HIVE acquired through selling PONZI on the market is pumped into the buy wall to keep the game moving forward and profitable.

<center><h3>Interested in Automated Airdrops on HIVE?</h3></center>
While this version of this application is quite limited in scope only being able to hold a single airdrop of any certain token type on the same post at the same time in the future this will be improved upon. While the script in it's most basic functionality form will always be open source and free for anyone to use, this may not pertain to future updates if this type of airdrop service ends up being in demand leading to a fast tracked development of this proof of concept into an easily accessible web app. 

While most users harbouring low to intermediate levels of IT skills should be easily able to setup and figure out how to run the app.. for those wishing to harness the capability of nearly entirely automated post based airdrops on HIVE without possessing the technical knowhow I'd be willing to either help you set it up or host an instance of the bot for you for a duration of your choice for a small fee that can be paid in HIVE, HBD, BTC and all other major crypto currencies. 

If you require help getting your dropbot going: Setup help is a $20 one time fee for the session and custom @dropbot hosting is $25 a month with a minimum of 2 months paid upfront. Would honestly rather teach you how to set it up than host your bot though to be honest, hence the pricing.
