suggestion for timed messages on telegram

#### Components
Telegram is an opensource application that is trending all over the world, and with more work they might take over several other messaging apps. Telegram is cool with so many amazing functions. However what about this function? The ability for users to send timed messages that will automatically self destruct after the time elapses. 

#### Proposal
I'm proposing that timed messages be integrated on telegram.

#### Mockups / Examples
This is the normal chat interface on telegram

The timed message icon can be placed on the chat interface like this

Now when users click on the timed message icon it allows them to type a message or a picture and  set how long they want the message to be seen

After a user sends the message it is concealed and the recipient has to hold down the message to reveal it and as he/she does it, the timer starts counting and eventually the message self destructs.

#### Benefits
- For one this new feature will make the app classy
- Users can now send timed messages that they don't want the recipient to see later depending on the time limit they set on the message.
