## Khanom Jeen with Chili Paste

Today it's still the same thing. It's about food. It's probably the platform that fits this community the most for me because I'm someone who likes to eat and often collect. Picture of the moment you eat it all the time. But it has to be a menu that looks beautiful too. Even though I take photos and tell them about it, I invite everyone to taste it for everyone to see and read.

Today, I have a menu at home that I usually cook for us to eat regularly, that is, a menu called Kanom Jeen. Which I have to say beforehand that Kanom Jeen each week may be used as a liquid as usual, but the week has some distorted as well, depending on the mother-in-law who will make it.

Today, the menu of Khanom Jeen that I'm going to tell you about today is Kanom Jeen menu that has a liquid as a chili paste. There is very little chance to eat this menu, it's the Nam Prik Sauce menu, which I will make less because one family member, that's me, doesn't like sweet sauce. and some strange liquids, maybe not expensive for others

But it may be a potion of the people of the central region up the hill that can be eaten by the whole family and but I ask that I am not alone. A side dish that has a rice and has a sweet taste or these, I don't like it, but today it's okay. You can eat it, but reduce the amount or find other seasonings that can be substituted. It can help to extinguish it. Can it be sweetened or help quench the greasyness? Most of the time, my problem is that when it tastes sweet, it gets greasy, so I don't like it.

The thing that will help quench the greasy hair will be spicy, which of course has a helper for sure, everyone can see in the picture, it's fried chili or roasted chili peppers, whatever it is. But most of them will look like it's more like fried chili here, it will allow me to reduce the sweetness. This is not a problem for me, but I can't eat a lot.

I believe that this menu will go to the Khanom Jeen menu in the region you live in. I think it might be present in many countries. From my guess, the country that probably has it is definitely Laos. Yes, the next country is probably Cambodia. There should be a checkpoint. I'm not sure, but I think it's enough. I'm not sure. Thailand has every region, but it's about the medicine. Depending on the region in some regions, the taste or raw materials that are available in each locality are different, they may use a liquid that is different for sure, and the other one is a matter of cooking food in each region. The region is not the same, the southern region, the northeastern region, and most of the northeastern regions tend to eat spicy food. There are many menus and menus that are spicy.

## ขนมจีนน้ำพริก
สวัสดีสมาชิกทุกท่านครับ

วันนี้ก็ยังคงเป็นเรื่องเดิมครับเป็นเรื่องเกี่ยวกับอาหารมันน่าจะเข้ากับแพลตฟอร์มมันน่าจะเข้ากับชุมชนนี้มากที่สุดสำหรับตัวผมนะครับเพราะว่าผมมีเป็นคนที่ชอบทานอาหารแล้วก็มักที่จะเก็บภาพช่วงเวลาที่ทานอาหารเอาไว้ตลอด แต่ก็ต้องเป็นเมนูอาหารที่มันดูสวยงามด้วยนะครับผมถึงจะเก็บภาพแล้วก็หนักมาบอกเล่านำมาชวนชิมให้กับเพื่อนๆทุกคนได้ชมได้อ่านกันครับ

วันนี้ผมมีเมนูที่บ้านผมเองมักจะประกอบอาหารปรุงอาหารให้พวกผมได้ทานกันอยู่เป็นประจำครับนั่นก็คือเมนูที่ชื่อว่าขนมจีนนั่นเอง ซึ่งต้องบอกก่อนว่าขนมจีนในแต่ละสัปดาห์ก็อาจจะใช้เป็นน้ำยากันเดิมครับแต่ว่าสัปดาห์ก็มีเพี้ยนบ้างเหมือนกันก็แล้วแต่คุณแม่ยายที่จะทำให้ทาน

วันนี้นะครับเมนูขนมจีนที่ผมมาเล่าให้ฟังในวันนี้เป็นเมนูขนมจีนที่มีน้ำยาเป็นน้ำยาน้ำพริกครับ มีโอกาสน้อยมากที่จะได้ทานเมนูนี้นะครับก็คือเมนูน้ำยาน้ำพริกเนี่ยนะครับซึ่งจะทำน้อยเพราะว่าคนในครอบครัวหนึ่งคนนะครับนั่นก็คือผมเองที่ไม่ชอบน้ำยาที่มีรสหวาน แล้วก็จำพวกน้ำยาที่แปลกครับอาจจะไม่แพงสำหรับท่านอื่นคนอื่นนะครับมันแปลกสำหรับผมผมเนี่ยส่วนใหญ่แล้วจะทานเฉพาะน้ำยาป่าน้ำยาปลาทูน้ำยาลูกชิ้นนี้ครับ

แต่ก็อาจเป็นน้ำยาของคนภาคกลางขึ้นเขาทานกันได้ทั้งครอบครัวและแต่ผมถามไม่ได้อยู่คนเดียวนะครับก็คือเป็นคนที่ไม่ชอบทานอะไรหวานๆยกเว้นของหวานนะอันนี้ไม่เกี่ยวกันนะครับหมายถึงกับข้าวที่มีเป็นของข้าวแล้วมีรสหวานหรือพวกนี้ผมไม่ค่อยชอบแต่วันนี้ไม่เป็นไรนะครับก็ทานได้แหละแต่ก็ลดปริมาณลงหรือไม่ก็หาเครื่องปรุงอื่นที่มันทดแทนช่วยได้นะครับช่วยดับความหวานลงได้หรือช่วยดับความเลี่ยน ส่วนใหญ่แล้วปัญหาของผมคือเวลาเจอกับรสหวานแล้วมันจะมีความเลี่ยนก็เลยไม่ค่อยชอบนะครับ

ซึ่งสิ่งที่จะช่วยดับความเลี่ยนผมได้ก็จะมีรสเผ็ดซึ่งก็แน่นอนว่าเมนูนี้มีตัวช่วยแน่นอนทุกคนก็จะเห็นได้ในภาพไหมครับนั่นก็คือพริกทอดนั่นเองหรือพริกคั่วพริกเผาอะไรก็แล้วแต่ครับแต่ส่วนใหญ่ก็จะมองดูน่าจะเป็นพริกทอดมากกว่าตรงนี้นะครับจะทำให้ผมลดเรื่องของความหวานลงได้เท่านี้ก็ไม่ใช่ปัญหาแล้วสำหรับผมแต่ก็ทานเยอะไม่ได้

ผมเชื่อว่าเมนูนี้ไปหาเมนูขนมจีนในภูมิภาคที่คุณอาศัยอยู่เนี่ยผมคิดว่าน่าจะมีอยู่ในหลายๆประเทศอันนี้จากการเดาของผมนะครับประเทศที่น่าจะมีแน่นอนว่าประเทศลาวน่าจะมีแน่นอนครับประเทศต่อมาก็น่าจะเป็นกัมพูชาก็น่าจะมีด่านนะครับเงียบนามเองไม่แน่ใจแต่คิดว่าน่าจะพอมีอันนี้ไม่แน่ใจนะครับประเทศไทยมีทุกภูมิภาคนะครับแต่ว่าเรื่องของน้ำยานะครับมันก็แล้วแต่ทางภูมิภาคในภูมิภาคบางนะครับรสชาติหรือวัตถุดิบที่มีในแต่ละพื้นบ้านก็แตกต่างกันครับก็อาจจะใช้น้ำยาที่มันแตกต่างกันอยู่แน่นอนแล้วก็อีกอันนั้นก็เรื่องของที่ทำอาหารการกินของแต่ละภูมิภาคก็ไม่เหมือนกันโซนภาคใต้ภาคอีสานภาคเหนือส่วนใหญ่ก็มักจะทานรสเผ็ดกันนะครับมีเมนูและหลายเมนูที่มีรสเผ็ด
