Good morning my friends and happy week, let’s start with a very delicious meal 


Ingredients for kneading minced meat:

 1 kg minced meat (beef)
 2 grated onions
2 cups bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 cup of coffee oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon oregano (dry)


For the stuffing:

4 slices of ham
3 slices of bacon
1 florin pepper
1 green pepper
Γρα gruyere cheese (pieces)


Preparation 

Knead the minced meat with all the ingredients and leave it in the fridge to tighten.
Then we put it in an oil paste or plastic wrap to help us wrap it in a roll.
We press it and shape it trying to give it a square shape with a thickness of 5 cm.
Place the ham in the center first.
Put the bacon on top of the ham, chopped sticks on top of the peppers and at the end put the cheese.
We wrap the minced meat and give it the shape of a loaf of bread, trying to keep our ingredients in the center.
Take it out of the oil paste and place it in an oiled pan.
Pour sweet paprika and a little black pepper on top.
Pour a glass of water and some wine in our pan (optional)
Put it in the oven at 200 degrees up and down and let it bake. (if necessary add a little water)
