✍️ Hello everyone. My wife and I have the same idea today. We want to eat fried noodle with pork in gravy sauce. At first we agreed to go eat at a restaurant. But it rained heavily since morning for another day. So we changed our minds and my wife would cook for myself at home. After we finished sending the kids to school. We stop shopping at nong yao fresh market again to buy noodles.
When we go home. My wife went to pick vegetables at the longan orchard. The longan orchard has an area to grow vegetables. Sorry, I didn't take a photo when we went to the fresh market and my wife picked vegetables at the longan garden, I didn't take a photo. Because of the heavy rain, I'm afraid that my phone will get wet in the rain and my phone will break.

✍️ When the wife has finished preparing the ingredients, She cooks immediately. 
Step 1 cut the pork into small pieces and mix it with the egg to make the pork soft. And cut vegetables and wash vegetables with water. Next, cut the pork balls into small pieces. 
Noodle preparation process She used her hand to remove the noodles that were stuck together and mix the noodles with sweet soy sauce.

✍️ Step 2 Add the pork mix egg mixture and stir in the pot until the pork is almost cooked. And add water to the pot until the water boils.

✍️ Step 4 Dissolve the tapioca flour with water and put the tapioca flour into the pot. Boil until the water boils for a while, then turn off the gas stove. Finished the fried noodle with pork in gravy sauce menu.
