Happy Friday friends! Today, I will share with you the recipe of one of my favorite salads, I will explain "step by step" how to make a delicious and refreshing salad with very healthy and nutritious ingredients... One of the star ingredients of this appetizing recipe is the avocado, taking advantage of the fact that in Venezuela we are in high season and they are available in good quality and at a reasonable price.

> Feliz viernes amigos! Hoy, compartiré con ustedes la receta de una de mis ensaladas predilectas, les explicaré "paso a paso" como elaborar una deliciosa y refrescante ensalada con ingredientes muy saludables y nutritivos... Uno de los ingredientes estrellas de ésta apetitosa receta es el aguacate,aprovechando que en Venezuela estamos en temporada alta y se consiguen de buena calidad y a un precio solidario.

* In a deep bowl, add 1 onion cut into "small" cubes, add 1/2 teaspoon of seasoned salt.

>* En un envase hondo, agregaremos 1 cebolla cortada en cubos "pequeños", añadimos 1/2 cucharadita de sal.

* Add the juice of 1 lemon...

* The magic of this delicious salad is found in the contrast that ALL our ingredients acquire when integrating the lemon juice together with our aromatic "coriander leaves".

* Add 2 tablespoons of sunflower or olive oil, the latter was my choice.

* We add our colorful and appetizing tomatoes, cut into "small" cubes, remove the skin and seeds.
