I am very happy to be able to share another of my favorite recipes with you, today I will explain how to prepare a delicious and nutritious "chicken with mustard and mixed vegetables". This dish is very versatile, you can complement it with an infinite number of toppings, this time I accompanied it with boiled yucca and baked plantains... Let's get started!

* Buenas noches amigos, bienvenidos de nuevo a mi blog... Me encuentro muy feliz de poder compartir otra de mis recetas favoritas con ustedes, hoy les explicaré como preparar un exquisito y nutritivo "pollo con mostaza y vegetales mixtos". Éste plato es muy versátil, lo pueden complementar con infinidad de contornos, en ésta ocasión acompañe con yuca sancochada y plátanos horneados... Empecemos!

* INGREDIENTS: peppers (red and green), carrots, zucchini, onion, garlic cloves, coriander, chicken breast, pepper, cumin, oregano powder and mustard.

>* INGREDIENTES: pimientos (rojos y verdes), zanahoria, calabacín, cebolla, dientes de ajo, cilantro, pechuga de pollo, pimienta, comino, orégano en polvo y mostaza.

* Fry the onion cut into julienne strips, together with the finely chopped garlic cloves (season with salt and pepper). When they have taken a crystalline texture, add the carrot.

>* Sofreímos la cebolla cortada en julianas, junto con los dientes de ajo, finamente cortados (salpimentamos). Cuando hayan tomado una textura cristalina, integramos la zanahoria.

* Add the chicken breast, cut into "medium" cubes, previously seasoned with pepper, dried oregano, mustard and salt to taste. Cook until it is ready, you can add small touches of water.

>* Incorporamos la pechuga de pollo, cortada en cubos "medianos", previamente sazonada con pimienta, orégano seco, mostaza y sal al gusto. Cocinamos hasta comprobar que está lista, pueden colocar pequeños toques de agua.

* On this occasion, I thought it was great to give prominence to the bell pepper and I cut it into "medium" cubes, this way we will enjoy a VERY beautiful and colorful dish.

>* En ésta ocasión, me pareció genial dar protagonismo al pimiento y lo corté en cubos "medianos", de ésta forma disfrutaremos de un platillo MUY hermoso y colorido.

* Add the zucchini... Cook for 3 minutes, I particularly love to enjoy its crunchy texture.
