Good morning dear friends, welcome back to my blog.... Yesterday, I will prepare for snack a "delicious vegan dessert with bananas and apples". The process is very easy and simple, with few ingredients you will enjoy a really spectacular cake! I hope you are encouraged to elaborate this delicious recipe and share it with your family... Let's get started!

>Buenos días queridos amigos, bienvenidos de nuevo a mi blog... Ayer, prepararé para merendar un "exquisito postre vegano con bananas y manzana". El proceso es muy fácil y sencillo, con pocos ingredientes disfrutarán de un *pastel* realmente espectacular! Espero que se animen a elaborar ésta deliciosa receta y la compartan en familia... Empecemos!

* INGREDIENTS: 4 bananas, 1 apple, 1/2 cup sunflower oil, 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 cups wheat flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder.

>* INGREDIENTES: 4 bananas, 1 manzana, 1/2 taza de aceite de girasol, 1 cucharada de esencia de vainilla, 1 cucharadita de bicarbonato, 3/4 taza de azúcar, 1/2 cucharadita de sal, 2 tazas de harina de trigo y 1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear.

* After washing and removing the skin of the apple, cut into "cubes", cook for 15-20 minutes or until it is soft, for the cooking process add 1/4 cup of water. If you consider that you need to add more water, you can add small touches. We reserve to use in the final step.

>* Luego de lavar y extraer la piel de la manzana, cortamos en "cubos", cocinamos durante 15-20 minutos o hasta comprobar que se ablandó, para el proceso de cocción añadimos 1/4 taza de agua. Si consideran que deben añadir más agua, pueden colocar pequeños toques. Reservamos para utilizar en el paso final.

* Cut the bananas, mash until you get a puree, to make this recipe I love to leave some pieces, to enjoy a slightly rustic texture. Add the oil together with the sugar, mix at "medium" speed for 2 minutes.

>* Cortamos los plátanos, trituramos hasta conseguir un puré, para realizar ésta receta me encanta dejar algunos tropezones, para así disfrutar de una textura un poco rústica. Incorporamos el aceite junto con el azúcar, mezclamos a velocidad "media" durante 2 minutos.

* Add the apples (crushed), integrate in several steps the wheat flour, mix in an enveloping way, add the vanilla essence, repeat the process until the preparation is finished. Remember to sift all the dry ingredients: wheat flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. 

>* Añadimos las manzanas (trituradas) , integramos en varios pasos la harina de trigo (mezclamos de forma envolvente), agregamos la esencia de vainilla, repetimos el proceso hasta terminar la preparación. Recuerden tamizar todos los ingredientes secos: la harina de trigo, el polvo de hornear, la sal y el bicarbonato

* Incorporate into a refractory container, as the consistency is a little thick, with the help of a silicone spatula can even out the surface. Bake at 180º until it is ready.

Se ve deliciosaaaa. 
Siempre he querido hacer un postre de manzana pero me da un poco de nervios que no quede como espero.

Amiga, éste postre quedó muy sabroso, su textura es esponjosa, pero un poco húmeda por la banana. Pensé colocar la manzana rallada, pero luego me acordé que tenía que cocinar, para poder triturarla. Espero que lo prepares, estoy segura que cuando le des el "primer bocado", vas a sonreír de la emoción jeje

A good dessert, I think that even omitting the sugar, it would be delicious. The sweetness of the fruit is ideal for this type of preparation. The color was very nice.
