Good afternoon dear Hivers, I hope you are having a fantastic Saturday.... In this opportunity, I will share with you the exquisite lunch I enjoyed today in the company of my mother. I will explain to you "step by step", how to prepare delicious **"chicken breasts with milk cream "**. We thought it was great to complement our dish with an appetizing "sweet potato puree", to enjoy much more of the succulent "cream of milk", which is the main base of this wonderful recipe.

Buenas tardes queridos Hivers, espero que estén pasando un fantástico sábado... En ésta oportunidad, compartiré con ustedes el exquisito almuerzo que disfruté el día de hoy en compañía de mi madre. Les explicaré "paso a paso", como elaborar unas deliciosas **"pechugas de pollo con crema de leche"**. Nos pareció genial complementar nuestro platillo con un apetitoso "puré de boniatos", para así disfrutar mucho más de la suculenta "crema de leche", que es la base principal de ésta maravillosa receta.

* **The ingredients I used were as follows:**

* 500 gr chicken breast
* 1 large onion
* 6 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
* 2 cups of milk
* coriander and parsley

>* **Los ingredientes que utilicé fueron los siguientes:**

>* 500 gr de pechuga de pollo
>* 1 cebolla grande
>* 6 dientes de ajo (finamente cortados)
>* 2 tazas de leche
>* cilantro y perejil

* We will start by cutting our breasts into "medium" cubes, season with: 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of powdered ginger, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, dried oregano and seasoned salt to taste. To give them a VERY tasty flavor, let them marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

>* Empezaremos cortando en cubos "medianos" nuestras pechugas, aliñaremos con: 3 cucharadas de salsa de soja, 1 cucharadita de jengibre en polvo, 1/2 cucharadita de comino, orégano seco y sal condimentada al gusto. Para que adquieran un sabor MUY sabroso, las dejaremos macerar durante 30 minutos en la nevera.

* Fry in 3 tablespoons of olive oil the onion cut in "small" cubes, together with the garlic cloves, this last ingredient can be added crushed or finely chopped (season with salt and pepper).

>* Sofreímos en 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva la cebolla cortada en cubos "pequeños", junto con los dientes de ajo, éste último ingrediente lo pueden añadir "triturado o finamente cortado" (salpimentamos).

* When the ingredients have acquired a beautiful "crystalline" consistency, add 1 tablespoon of butter and cook over low heat.

>* Cuando los ingredientes hayan adquirido una hermosa consistencia "cristalina", agregaremos 1 cucharada de mantequilla, cocinamos a fuego "bajo".

* In this step: Incorporate our "juicy and appetizing" chicken cubes... We cook at "medium-high" heat.

>* En éste paso: Incorporamos nuestros "jugosos y apetitosos" cubos de pollo... Cocinamos a fuego "medio-alto".

* After 25 minutes of cooking, we add our aromatic "coriander" leaves together with the "parsley".

* Add 2 cups of milk... To get a VERY creamy and tasty texture, previously add 1 heaping tablespoon of "corn starch". I suggest adding a touch of "nutmeg", so you can enjoy the "unique and special" contrast that this condiment provides.

>* Transcurridos 25 minutos de cocción, añadimos nuestras aromáticas hojas de "cilantro" junto con el "perejil".

>* Integramos 2 tazas de leche... Para conseguir una textura MUY cremosa y sabrosa, previamente le agregaremos 1 cucharada colmada de "fécula de maíz". Les sugiero añadirle un toque de "nuez moscada", para que así puedan disfrutar del contraste "único y especial" que aporta éste condimento.

* Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan.

>* Cocinamos a fuego "medio", removiendo de forma constante para así evitar que se pegue en el fondo del sartén.
