(ESP-ENG) Helado cremoso de calabaza / Creamy pumpkin ice cream
Buenos días amigos de Hive, espero se encuentren bien y estén pasando un sábado inolvidable... En ésta oportunidad, les voy a compartir el "paso a paso" para elaborar unos deliciosos helados caseros de calabaza. Es una receta muy saludable y super fácil  de preparar.

Estoy segura que éste helado te hará agua la boca... después de disfrutar de su cremoso y fantástico sabor, éste postre se convertirá en la opción ideal para disfrutar de una merienda exquisita y refrescante, a los más pequeños de la casa les encantará! 

Pongámonos el delantal y  empecemos el maravilloso proceso de endulzar nuestro fin de semana...

**Necesitarán los siguientes ingredientes:**

* 500 gramos de calabaza
* 6 cucharadas de azúcar
* 1/2 taza de leche condensada
* 2 cucharaditas de canela en polvo
* 1 rama de canela 
* 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla
* 1 limón

>**You will need the following ingredients:**

>* 500 grams of pumpkin
>* 6 tablespoons of sugar
>* 1/2 cup of condensed milk
>* 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
>* 1 cinnamon stick
>* 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
>* 1 lemon

* Agregamos 1 litro de agua a una olla honda y antiadherente, cuando comience a hervir añadimos la canela en rama y dejamos a fuego alto durante 2 minutos.

>* Add 1 liter of water to a deep, non-stick pot. When it starts boiling, add the cinnamon stick and leave over a high heat for 2 minutes.

* Incorporamos el zumo de limón...

* Agregamos 6 cucharadas de azúcar, removemos de forma constante durante 2 minutos, a fuego "medio-alto".

>* Add 6 tablespoons of sugar, stir constantly for 2 minutes, over a "medium-high" heat.

* A continuación vamos a  incorporar nuestro ingrediente estrella... Nuestra apetitosa y nutritiva calabaza. Para ésta preparación la cortaremos en cubos medianos.  La dejaremos cocinar  aproximadamente durante 45 minutos o hasta que comprobemos que tiene una textura super blanda.

>* Next we will incorporate our star ingredient... Our appetizing and nutritious pumpkin. For this preparation we will cut it into medium sized cubes. We will let it cook for approximately 45 minutes or until we check that it has a super soft texture.

* Así nos irá quedando, todavía faltan unos minutos para la cocción ideal.

* Una vez que comprobemos que nuestra suculenta calabaza está lista, colamos (reservando el líquido). La incorporamos en un envase hondo, donde vamos a elaborar nuestra preparación.

* Dejamos enfriar a temperatura ambiente.

>* Once we check that our succulent pumpkin is ready, we strain (reserving the liquid). We incorporate it in a deep container, where we will elaborate our preparation.

>* We let it cool down to room temperature

* Empecemos nuestro maravilloso proceso... Agregamos el líquido que teníamos reservado, licuamos a velocidad "baja". Éste proceso lo realizaremos en varios pasos, hasta ir obteniendo una crema uniforme y sin grumos.

* Ésta es la textura ideal...

* Añadimos la esencia de vainilla...

* Incorporamos 1 cucharadita de canela en polvo (la otra la usaremos en el paso final). Mezclamos bien.

* A continuación, agregamos nuestra cremosita y deliciosa leche condensada. La colocarán en forma de espiral, con una espátula de madera o silicón mezclaran con suavidad, tratando de NO integrar por completo los ingredientes, dejando algunos restos sin mezclar en la preparación... Amarán sentir éste fabuloso contraste en nuestro postre. :D

>* Then we add our creamy and delicious condensed milk. They will place it in a spiral shape, with a wooden or silicon spatula they will mix it gently, trying NOT to integrate completely the ingredients, leaving some remains unmixed in the preparation . You will love to feel this fabulous contrast in our dessert.  :D

* Empecemos nuestro fantástico proceso... Hoy utilizaré unos vasitos de cristal, que compré especialmente para éste postre.
