Natilla de leche casera / Homemade milk custard (ESP-ENG)
Buenas noches amigos, espero se encuentren bien... En ésta oportunidad, les voy a explicar el "paso a paso" para elaborar una cremosa y exquisita **"natilla de leche casera"**. Ésta receta, es super fácil y sencilla de preparar... estoy segura que después que la disfruten será uno de sus postres predilectos.

Pongámonos el delantal y empecemos nuestro maravilloso proceso...

**Necesitarán los siguientes ingredientes:**

* 1/2 litro de leche entera
* 3 huevos
* 1 limón
* 2 cucharadas de fécula de maíz
* 4 cucharadas de azúcar
* 1 cucharadita de canela en polvo
* 1 rama de canela
* 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla

> **You will need the following ingredients:**

>* 1/2 liter of whole milk
>* 3 eggs
>* 1 lemon
>* 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
>* 4 tablespoons of sugar
>* 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
>* 1 cinnamon stick
>* 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

* El primer paso será: batir a velocidad "media" las 3 yemas de huevo con el azúcar (para ésta receta NO utilizaremos las claras).

* Con ésta es la tonalidad nos quedará...

* Mezclamos una pequeña porción de leche junto con las 2 cucharadas de fécula de maíz.

* Incorporamos leche y la fécula de maíz a los huevos y el azúcar que teníamos reservado.

* Con ayuda de una espátula de silicón o madera mezclamos, hasta que todos los ingredientes se integren bien (reservamos)

* Añadimos a una olla antiadherente la leche, la rama de canela y la corteza del limón. Calentamos a fuego "medio" aproximadamente durante 10-15 minutos, para ésta preparación NO debemos permitir que la leche entre en hervor.

>*  We add the milk, the cinnamon stick and the lemon rind to a non-stick pot. Heat over "medium" heat for approximately 10-15 minutes, for this preparation we should NOT allow the milk to boil.

* Agregamos una cucharadita de esencia de vainilla...

* Retiramos la corteza del limón y la rama de canela...

* Esperamos 5-7 minutos que la leche se haya entibiado un poco y agregamos 4 cucharadas de leche a la mezcla de huevo y fécula de maíz.

* Cocinamos a fuego "bajo" (sin dejar de remover), aproximadamente durante 15 minutos o hasta que la mezcla haya adquirido una textura cremosa.
