Missing Posts On New/Created Section? Solved: Negative Rep Users
### I am developing something, maybe it's for nothing, but I found something odd in recreating a "new" posts section.

### When I get the first 10, then the next 9, I get 19 posts:

### But then when I went to Steemit.com to verify if what I got was good, I saw that the Steemit.com "new" section was missing a few posts that I have:

### Steemit was showing only 15 of the 19 posts I got from the steem API calls.

### Does anyone know why those 4 posts are missing?

What tool are you using?  Do you know the RPC involved?  I'm guessing it's `get_discussions_by_created`.
