Hi everyone. We hope you are doing well. Today we are going to share some important updates & news with you. First of all, we would like to thank you all for being our early supporters and contributing for the betterment of our community. As we are mostly working for newbies with the Newbies Initiative Program, in past two months, we recieved overwhelming response from members of Hive Learners Community. At some point, it had become hard to support each potential newbies who would do well & sustain on Hive Platform if encouraged in proper way. Last day, we powered up 220K+ hive power in our community curation account (@lazy-panda) so that we can encourage more potential members by supporting their contents.

As a result, our curation project has become stronger and we are now trying to make a sustainable way to grow our community curation account. For that, we are going to launch a new initiative to contribute to our curation project by setting 10% of beneficiary to @lazy-panda (while posting in Hive Learners Community) . This will help the curation account to grow faster and we would be able to support members at large scale in future. 

We will use the beneficiary reward to constantly power up more hive and grow @lazy-panda. Though, this won't be a mandatory rule for everyone to set 10% beneficiary while posting in our community. This is an optional choice for everyone and we hope community believers will willingly support our new initiative.  Some points to keep in mind about this new initiative 

* Set 10% beneficiary to @lazy-panda only when you are posting in Hive Learners Community 

* It is completely a voluntary decision and members are free not to set 10% beneficiary if they don't want to. This won't affect anything and they will still recieve support for their quality contents. 

* We will try to provide extra amount of voting support to the contents our believers (who will contribute to the initiative ) .But this doesn't mean we will support low quality or low effort contents or let anyone take advantage of this system. Our curators will be selecting eligible contents for curation and might ignore posts even if it contains 10% beneficiary. There will be no space to complain about that . Because setting beneficiary doesn't provide guarranteed voting support


* As the number of members is increasing day by day, we need your assistance for the greater good of everyone in the community. So we would request you to support this initiative by contributing to our curation project.

As we have more HP than before, from now we will try to support members (specially newbies) outside of Hive Learners community too. By this desicion, We hope that we would be able to contribute in helping newbies on a large scale
