Steepshot is a convenient and simple application for a smartphone, with which you can publish pictures and photos to "Golos" or "Steemit" directly from your smartphone and receive at the same time fair rewards, and not just mindless hearts 🙂
Each publication is a separate post with a title, a photo and tags. In this case, you do not need to specify the text of the article. Which is very convenient if you just want to publish a photo or a picture.
All publications are automatically published under the tag "steepshot" and additionally you can specify your tags, according to which users "Golos" or "Steemit" will be able to find your photos or pictures.
Compared to Golos.io/Steemit.com, there are no artificial restrictions on the number of posts per day, they can publish any number, but not more often than every five minutes.
Your profile displays your nickname or display name, which you specified in the settings. Below is a small round avatar and purse, where your balance is indicated in rubles for Golos and USD for Steemit. Description of the project, if indicated. The function of switching the display mode of photography: square pictures, three pieces per row, or a tape with one photo and the ability to scroll down. New publications are displayed at the top, old ones from the bottom. You can see the number of those who are subscribed to you and the number of those to whom you are subscribed.
There is a convenient tape, where you can see pictures and pictures of those to whom you are subscribed.
Also you can see the tape with "trends", "new" and "hot" photos 🙂 It's a little confusing here that often only pictures of articles are displayed and sometimes you can like the photo, but you will not like the article, and you will vote for the photo and so do not know what there was to her article 🙂
If you plan to publish only pictures and photos and do not plan to publish articles on Golos or Steemit, then you can use your primary account.
In general, the application is done very professionally and qualitatively. There are of course glitches and sudden termination of the application, but they will surely be fixed in the next versions. The application is just gaining popularity.
At the moment there is a version for iOS and Android, other platforms are not yet supported. Although if something else ?! 🙂
The only thing that I do not currently have is the ability to view and send comments to photos. And there is no editor where you can process the photo before publishing. But I hope in the future such functionality will appear.
