The Springrole initiative is to help with hiring and verification issues at the employment sector. It shall be a platform where people can view, share and acquire attestations to their professional profile. This will thereby create a system of verified resume that can be shared and used periodically. The technology behind this platform will be crowdsourcing. With this people in a user’s profile will endorse his or her proficiency in a skill. Computations hall be generated to cumulatively score a used. This will be facilitated using the two main features of the platform;

- Crowdsourcing your reputation in a particular skill via endorsements

- Verifying and validating your professional details via organizational attestations

There are various entities that will be integrated on the platform. They will be person, companies, schools (universities), course provider, and examination officer. The Springrole project will introduce the Springrole Token which shall be used on the platform. To perform various functions on the ecosystem or platform.  The token shall be used for various purposes on the platform. The various uses are to endorse or attest a skill, and to obtain access to attested or validated resumes on the platform. There are various ways that users can earn the Springrole Tokens. Users can earn through- referring people, a company, endorsement status, profile completion, or working as a mediator.
